Where the large sign is posted was the original entrance to get to the model houses. As the project expanded, that route was used to facilitate the movement of construction materials and heavy-duty machinery.

Even though you weren't able to film inside, this was a thorough overview as far as what to expect. Didn't know they weren't going to be ready until 2 years from now, so thanks for that info
Also, the sales sheet was informative so you can see how they break down the cost. My question is, once you put your deposit down, that locks in the sales price at that time? I know they said the prices are subject to escalation but a deposit should lock in the sales price at the current moment.
Thank you 😊. I was worried it would take away from the video. Re if the deposit would secure the house right now I'm really not sure. But I doubt it as they said they not selling now. There was a log sheet they said you could sign and they would reach out to you so I would recommend you email them for sure and get further details.

The deposit should lock the price and escalation only apply to future buyers. If they should escalate the price on people who put down deposits on the lower price, then that's highway robbery and you should ask for a refund and take your business elsewhere.

Nice presentation, very positive but realistic. These homes are very small and basic, but the price is reasonable. A huge turnoff for me was what appears to be factory buildings behind the houses-Is this an industrial zone? Also, if I am looking at a place and I am not allowed to record or take pictures I won’t even bother going inside, I am out of there, what they trying to hide?
Thank you😊. It is still an active construction site so those buildings in the back u see should be gone. It won't be complete until 2 years time so by then you should really see what it will look like. The design is pretty much the standard basic ones for sure but price point not bad at all. As for the filming, it was allowed at some point but I think an issue occurred why they made that decision

Not to discourage anyone but I'm so disappointed in Gores and their units. I bought a house in Hew Harbour village 3 phase 4 in 2016. And now in 2021 I have to painting over, fixing roof, changing pipe fixtures, did a whole new renovation of the bathroom, turn the bathroom into a standing shower cuz there was constant leak under the bathtub. The things look nice at first but fixtures are cheap. The first thing that stop working was the alarm system. You have to change the piping for the hot water cuz the plastic piping makes it leak every minute. You will need to buy a battery for the solar system that is there and that is abt 500k.
Oooh no. So sorry to hear you have had that experience. That's the unfortunate thing about developments sometimes. It's all mass produced so you may not get the highest quality from some developers. Hopefully they have since improved

Hi. These are being done by Gore developments. I linked their site in the description. They are not a NHT development but I'm sure you can access a loan thru NHT for part payment.
