i feel like the background for peddito would be the normal doise background but with it looking more rotten, like the doises death has caused the weird dimension made of himself to die as well and has started to decompose
I like to imagine a senario where The Doise gets cornered by Peddito and then Fake Peppino just leaps in out of nowhere and fights against Peddito in order to save The Doise
the doise is playable in this mod, which probably means he hasn't been killed yet, so i think this is an origin story for peddito being like he is in the noise update

Doise immediately abandons Peddito to save his own skin, and then Faker and Peddito fight. Peddito dies and then goes after Doise for leaving him to his fate. That's where my mind went with this.
Here’s my personal head cannon: instead of doise killing peddito for “unknown reasons” Let’s say they where chilling at the tower when they had a run in with fake peppino, so the doise ditched peddito and left him to die leading him to seek vengeance which caused the events of: doom- bring your own class peddito ending Pizza tower- the noise update
another head canon of mine is that if you play as the doise and visit peppino house you actualy get peddito house and all you see there is a sprite of peddito corpse in the bed looking like the doise one, the house complete silent, and the poster where peddito and doise original came from, but with peddito crossed with a x

Peddito is a new boss at Floor 4 that's exclusive to the Doise's campaign and it's new 2 player story mode (replacing Fake Peppino). Most of his attacks are easy to memorize before it gets devastating in phase 2 of the fight. Just like Fake Peppino fight, you have to take HIM out at least 2 hits!
