    Transportation to MetLife sucks. Went there this summer to watch Arsenal v Man Utd and it took about 4 hours to get from Port Authority to Met life because of one accident on the highway. Missed the entire first half. There is no rail connection OR dedicated bus lanes. If you're going to go to a game there, be prepared to leave at at 5-6 hours early and move at a snails pace. But hopefully NYC/NJ figure something better out.

    Really. To be honest. Canada and Mexico DID NOT NEED to be associated with this World Cup. The US could have been able to host the whole tournament.

    Bro the size of the MetLife stadium is smaller than most college AM Football stadiums. For example Texas A&M Kyle field can have up to 102,000 people in the stands. So the capacity of the stadium at this point is a joke especially for a finals match.

    • @stupidspeedruns4585
      @stupidspeedruns4585 Před 4 měsíci +4

      It’s not about capacity. It’s about location like being in New York. Foreigners are used to better public transportation which would make New York better. If they cared about capicity, they would have picked the stadium in Bristol Tennessee, which is far away.

    I think you got the wrong stadium for KC. Those games will be at Arrowhead Stadium (Chiefs) and Children’s Mercy Park (Sporting KC). The photo you showed is University of Kansas’ football stadium. Which, would be cool, but I don’t think Lawrence would capable of hosting a World Cup type of game at any stage.

    Transport is better lol I went to the Arsenal V Man Utd match last summer. It took me longer to get to the stadium from my hotel room in Queens then it did for me to fly from Florida to New York.

    Should’ve just left it at bigger market and added “The city that never sleeps”. I don’t see the final in any other city besides LA. Because those cities bring money. New York is just New York can’t wait to see the chaos after the game.
