You should show your playstyle and development plans for important players as well.. I think the problem with Mbappe rejecting you twice was the fact that he in real life also is know to be caring about money more than passion and you didn’t include any bonuses in his contract that’s why he reject you. You gonna need to add a signing bonus and probably a goals scoring bonus plus a salary raise
