The controllers I tested in this video are PS Classic, PS1, PS2, PS3, and PS4 controllers. All controllers I tested in this video are original.
For PS1 PS2 to USB converter I use 3 different types.
PS Classic
Dual Shock PS1
DualShock 2 PS2 (DS2)
DualShock 3 PS3 (DS3)
DualShock 4 PS4 (DS4)
In this test I will try with PS4 games and PS5 games.

Fun fact, the lower middle button for dualshock 1 and 2 isn't to open the controller, but to enable the analog sticks. The controller is on as soon as its connected with its wire on a device.

You can technically play ps5 games with dualshock 1 and 2.
You just have to use it from ps4 using remote play for the ps5

Just because the controllers worked on PS4 titles, doesn't mean it does on PS5 titles (PS5 titles requires you to DualSense, meanwhile PS4 titles can use both DualSense and DualShock¹)
¹DualShock and DualShock2 with specific adapters, DualShock4 in Native mode
