This is for a mobile car wash not detailing, detailing is much more than a cleaning, but you could scale your business into having actual detail equipment
Hey idk about a detail but I’m all for the hustle. I actually just opened a detail shop. With the cost of the shop and all new equipment and supplies it cost me about 2k and I’ve been open for a week and have already made all my money back plus 500
I would say for the supplies you will need for an actual detail you should have around 500. I charge 350 per full detail. I also spend about 8 hours per full detail by myself but 4 with an employee. It is a lot of work and hard to make into an actual consistent business. Money is able to be made you just can’t be lazy and think of a business as a side hustle. Take yourself seriously and you will succeed
@@Amongshadows_US I use an app called pocketsuite along with my website. Pocketsuite keeps track of income and gives me a work number so that I don’t need to put my personal number out

@@KDMLF start it now while working just use days off as detailing days to start building a customer base and see if it’s something you actually want to run with if so when you pickup enough clients can drop your 16/hr job and just detail but don’t forget about taxes!!
I never thought that people are willing to pay you that much to detail their car in front of their house with materials that they probably already have at home. Is it that easy?
@@salma_Nella22 people love it when you do it in front of their house. That means that they don't need to drive all the way to you and wait until your ready
