    I want to recommend something. Try making a deal with Bugeye Technologies for an a10 warthog throttle. They make stuff for military grade simulators. That most likely won’t happen. Now I personally have this. A CLS-E Brunner force feedback joystick. When you fire the gun it shakes, the faster you go, the more force, trim the plane, the stick moves with the trim, and many more things. It is 1300 us dollars but I have made the purchase recently and would not regret it. Also theres a professional software engineer who made a force feedback profile specifically for the a10 who use to be an a10 pilot. So if you can fly with it, you can fly the real plane. And the company sells to the military for simulation so I’m sire its going to get removed from the public so id buy one before that!!! Also one more thing, yes, the Yhrustmaster warthog stick is compatible with is, so is the f18 stick and many more sticks.

    • @thewarthogproject
      @thewarthogproject  Před 2 lety +2

      All aircraft panels are built to the same standard size to fit DZUS rails, so the dimensions are easy to get accurate. Position of buttons, switches etc are guessed of photos and the DCS cockpit model.

    • @thewarthogproject
      @thewarthogproject  Před 2 lety +31

      From memory there is an option in the DCS game setting to 'sync hotas at mission start.' As long as that is off, no if you hot start a mission in the air it won't register any change until you physically reset a switch. But if you have it set to sync on mission start, yes everything will sync up as soon you click fly now you will likely fall from the sky lol.
