The DF330D is a great little Drill Driver with an overall length of only 190mm. Performs best in tight spaces. 18 different torque settings and forward and reverse action.

This drill-driver is at least 6 years old. I had one in 2009.
1.3 Ah battery (which btw neved had 1.3 Ah) in almost 2016 is a stupid joke.

+MrToolstop Strong ? Rather pitifully. I used to love this drill and Makita also, but facts are facts.
Battery: 1.3 Ah (below 1.0 Ah in real life) vs. Metabo - 5.2 Ah (also 4.0, 2.0) Bosch - 4.0 Ah (also 2.5 and 2.0) Milwaukee - 4.0 Ah (also 2.0) Hilti- 2.6 Ah.

Are you kidding me ? Even Metabo SB 18 LTX Quick - the biggest, and heaviest 18V combi drill from Metabo, is shorter (without chuck).
18V , full power drills from Bosch are shorter even with chuck !!
GSR-18V-EC. 179 mm vs. 189 mm.
GSB-18V-EC - 189 mm vs 189 mm. - 18V high power combi drill vs. 10.8V compact.
Perfect for confined spaces ? Look at Metabo 10,8V powermaxx Quick.

I was about to buy Milwaukee M12CID-202C 12v Fuel Impact Driver 2 x 2.0ah Li-ion, but end up with MAKITA DRILL SET LCT204, because for £120 I have two tools (drill &driver)
Not saying Makita is the best but price/quality speak itself.
Makita DF330D is almost 1/3 of the price of your Metabo 10,8V powermaxx Quick.
Each time I am about to buy power tool I end up with Makita and they good enough for me,
At work place we use Dewalt drills, Metabo & Bosh grinder & impact wrench.
Metabo 240v grinder last a lot.
