Yum. I make my own pasta, grow my own spinach and garlic. This will be dinner tonight!
Good for you, so impressive.
Wow!😮
Sounds amazing!! Much love :)
If you make your own pasta, Tagliatelle will be perfect for this. Hugs from Serbia 😘
@@vladibudha I just made it using tagliatelle. So good! Hugs back from Texas.
OH MY! I need to make this! Between the garlic and the spinach, it's a win-win!
😋😋😋👍👍👍08.03.2024
Yes! Much love :)
This looks great. Going to give it a try. Thanks for the “veganize” tips for us vegans. I find that many of your recipes are “veganizable”. And all are heart healthy. This is greatly appreciated.
I’m wondering if whipped silken tofu with a bit of lemon juice would make a good Greek yogurt substitute 🤔
Much love :)
Yes! Making and veganizing this right now! Thanks for the recipe!
Can't go wrong with dishes like this. Simple, healthy and very versatile if you want to expand on them!
Yes! Much love :)
I've made this three times now, and it's come out great every time. The last time, I used spaghetti (since we had it on hand), frozen spinach (thawed and dried as suggested), and sour cream (the picky eaters thought the Greek yogurt made it a little sourer than they liked the previous times). Easy, quick, and delicious. Thanks for a good recipe.
Sounds great!! Much love :)
I made this today but with rotini pasta and homemade Greek yogurt. I added more spinach because I like it so much. It was delicious and I have enough left for three more meals!
Sounds great! Much love :)
I made your butter bean and potato stew and it is fantastic! It’s going to take the rest of my life to try all your other recipes but I’m going to keep trying.
Happy to hear that! Much love :)
Love this! I keep all of these ingredients in my pantry so will be making this soon.
Sounds great! Much love :)
I love the simplicity of this dish. Healthy, delicious, and the perfect quick meal. Thank you for sharing another great recipe. I will give this a try.
Hope you enjoy! Much love :)
Added Parmesan and some red Chilis for contrast. Excellent!
Sounds great! Much love :)
Parmesan is always a yes with cream and spinch. but red chilis?! Spinach, nettle, sorrel and like greens recipes do not call for a chili. They are usually combined with soft "white" tastes, like cream, sour cream, cheeses... Unless this is somebody's very special preference.
Thank you for a one pot meal! Most people don’t have time to bother boiling in water first. Looks delicious!
Much love :)
wow! how easy and yummy is this one! Thanks too for the tip on how to veganize this. Yum!
Much love :)
Love your dishes amigo, and I love following your Chanel, I was born in ALGECIRAS now living in Australia since 1969 and love cooking my mom's recipes, and now cooking your recipes with a twist to it .
Muchas gracias ,just wandering if you have a recipe for gazpacho, mom use to make it every now a again .
Yes you will find a couple gazpacho recipes on my channel :) Much love!
Yum! I'll add tomatoes and shrimp or chicken to this. This looks great.
Sounds great! Much love :)
@@SpainonaFork I've always enjoyed your recipes. My maiden name Alonso-Yagüe. Thanks so much for your cooking
This was really good! I added a small amount of parmesan cheese which, for me, made it even better. Thank you so much for sharing this recipe.
Sounds great! Much love :)
An excellent dish - i think I will give it a try and also include some asparagus spears to it
Sounds great! Much love :)
Great suggestion! Or halved cherry tomatoes. Or halved Kalamata olives.
@@simongchadwick yes both of those would go well with this too
Another complete success!!! Had spare spinach and Greek yogurts that needed using, have always got pasta, (I used) red onions, dried herbs and garlic, put it all together as perfectly instructed by Albert, and it was delicious! One we can eat all year round, and yet another beautiful dish to add to my repertoire and my growing cooking confidence!!
Happy to hear that! Much love :)
I'm so hungry now! ❤️💛🇪🇸
This was SO good! I love your recipes! Thanks!
Happy to hear that! Much love :)
Looks delicious! will give it a try soon.
Sounds great! Much love :)
I really appreciate how you tells us what we can substitute for ingredients. We can't do lactose, so a vegan yogurt is a perfect solution. Just made your Spanish garlic shrimp rice last night. Another keeper. Can't tell you how much you have helped us change our diet for the better.
Happy to hear that!!! Much love :)
Looks good! For those of us who eat seafood, shrimp would be great in this.
Yes for sure! Much love :)
Found your channel a week ago and have already tried a recipe 🙏 thank you for this great content. Definitely going to try all your pasta recipes. Hasta luego. 😊

Made this for dinner and was pleasantly surprised as I never used Greek yoghurt for pasta sauce before. It's easy, healthy, tasty, and not a lot of dishes to wash! Thanks!
Happy to hear that! Much love :)
Love your recipe ❤
Thank you! Much love :)
great idea! i'll modify it by using young stinging nestles and wild garlic instead of spinach, both are now available in wild nature...
Yes! Nettles are amazing.
Sounds great! Much love :)
I have never used yogurt in my pasta. What a great idea😊
So good!!! Much love :)

❤😊😊 guau qué buena idea de ponerle un yogur a la pasta lo voy a hacer mañana me vienen invitados
Muchas gracias!
Yummy
Much love :)
Made this last night. Loved it
Está muy rico tio.
Muchas gracias!
This was fantastic with greek yogurt!
Much love :)
What a fantastic recipe! Important to point out that you have to take your yogurt out of the fridge well before making this dish. (I wonder, if you forget, is it possible to put the yogurt in your microwave on "Thaw" for 15-30 seconds, or would that just make a mess?)
I would not microwave it, I would prefer to add it in there cold and take my chances! Much love :)
@@SpainonaFork Thanks, Chef Albert -- I guess the best thing to do is, take the yogurt out of the fridge at lunchtime, so it's room-temperature by cooking time.
You can blend white beans and get a similar creamy texture. Add a little cheese and pasta water. Boom.
Absolutely! Much love :)
Delicioso! 😋🤤
Albert: Delicious and easy. A WILL-make. I have to go out for Greek yougurt AND
some fresh spinach, but for once I get to make it *today!* Thanks again, and have
a great weekend. (Fan from San Francisco.) *!!~ PS: I looked up _bussin'_ ... OK-OK,
I was wrong.😋
lol...hope you enjoy!!! Much love :)
you are so good
Thank you! Much love :)

Much love :)
My stepson loves spinach and mushrooms on his pizza. And his dad is not into cream colored sauces. So, I’d slice up some mushrooms, sauté with shallot/garlic, add diced Campari tomatoes, add spinach, and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan before serving.
Sounds great! Much love :)
If I don't have greek yogurt can I use ricotta?
I have never tried, but I am sure you can! Much love :)
❤

Me: Cooking away.
Husband: (not a fan of new things) What is that?
Me: A new dish from Spain on a Fork. You’ll love it. And you will eat it.
Husband: (big sigh) Okay.
Me: Here you go.
Husband: That’s a lot of food.
Me: What you don’t eat can be leftovers.
Ten minutes later-husband: That was really good! Is there more?
Me: Yes.
Husband: I’m going to wipe it out. Okay?
Me: (well there goes the leftovers) Sure.
It was good, folks. Really good. Perfect for picky eaters.
lol....happy to hear that!! Much love :)
Can you substitute sour cream for the yogurt?
Absolutely! Much love :)
Thank you❣️
Could coconut milk work in place of yogurt?
Even though it is not as thick, but it will work :) Much love
@@SpainonaFork thank you!
I made this and it was absolutely delicious. Gracias! ❤ 🇪🇸
Glad you liked it!! Much love :)
I just made this marvelous dish this is truly delicious pasta.i make my own yogurt and it was tasty! I enjoy you're cooking. I like it that is vegetarian friendly. I am a fan!👍
Sounds great! Much love :)
Respect to Spain for helping the people of Gaza! Thank you, from Bosnia!

😋😋😋👍👍👍08.03.2024
Much love :)
Does anyone know if you can also use whipped cream from a spray can?
I think it might be too sweet.
@@valerieg9494 Oke that make sense thanks @Valerieg9494
$30 for Extra Virgin Olive Oil!? 😳😳😳 Um, fantastic recipe, but I'm on a budget! ❤️💛
I love this dish, but I'm really confused: the recipe calls for just eight ounces of pasta, yet it serves four? Impossible. I could almost eat this by myself. On the other hand, the One-Pan Creamy Salmon Pasta, another great dish, calls for TWO cups of pasta and yet it serves just TWO?? It seems backwards. This spinach and garlic pasta dish always ends up with a lot of broth and barely yields leftovers. Should this recipe actually call for two cups of pasta?? That's what I'm going to do from now on.
P.S. Confirmed!! Double the amount of pasta he recommends and it's perfect!!
Waaaaay too much liquid. My friend and I each tried this recipe separately and we both agreed that it needs to be half.
Pasta looks good. Why does this guy talk like Jim Rome tho? Not the same voice but same cadence, it’s kind of weird.
If you really wanna get weird, check out his earliest videos when he talked with a typical American accent.
lol, healthy pasta, I felt sorry for this guy, cause he eats worst foods and calls them healthy, but now I feel better, cause he's clearly trolling >
Wow looks very nice plz support me brother
Many Italian chefs would take exception with the "one pan" method, feeling that the pasta needs to be cooked in a large pot of water, allowing the pasta to "dance" and fully cook properly, for about 2 minutes less than the al dente recommendations on the package, and then added to the sauce. It then continues to cook, absorbing the flavors from the sauce. Adding some of the pasta water with its starch to the pan will help thicken the sauce. Your method obviously works, but I refer you to @VincenzosPlate for his very outspoken opinion.
I´ve always cooked pasta the usual way, but once I tried the one pan method, I honestly find no difference, if you´re using a big enough pan for plenty of "dancing", as you say. The main difference I find is one less pot to clean... :D
Moreover, he´s not cooking the pasta using water, but broth, which probably makes the pasta way tastier to begin with, regardless if you´re using a big pot or a pan.
Not to mention certain sauces, such as pesto (my favorite pasta sauce), degrade with heat.
Anyway, I´m no chef, but that´s just my 2 cents.
Cheers!
