Excellent review. This was such a good episode. Nicole Beharhie was outstanding. What a brilliant decision it was to add her to the show!
Absolutely!!
when mia promoted layla i literally cried!
That’s was a good moment for her!
The characters are soooo well written and acted, is amazing how you understand the situation of both parts and even empathize with them well knowing that one is more “right” than the other one, trully amazing season
One was completely wrong
This was a great review, but surprised there’s not a lot of interest or commentary on this excellent show. I’ve found it to be profound in the way that it approaches very touchy issues in today’s world.
Quality writing in Hollywood is back! This episode was awesome.
Nicole Beharie is top notch🤌🏾✨💕
Yeah she did great!
Sybil told Corey: men like him crash & burn. Unfortunately, she was a victim of his. She is a great actress, hope to see more of her when she realizes Corey f**ked her up.
Great show. Love your insight. 💖
This was an amazing episode. Great writing, direction and acting.
Definitely!
I think Corey is very smart and a survivor. I think he learned a very deep lesson in this episode that will lead to his growth. His staff are pressing and challenging him. I think he has the potential to grow and ultimately thrive from the lessons he is learning. He is certainly watchable and entertaining!
exactly
… and I absolutely love Nicole Beharie!
What do you think is going to happen to Corey in this season? Will we witness his demise? Comment your thoughts below!
omg, i hope not
ThanksMuch!
Excellent in every way. This show is really good
My most favorite episode.
what's the background music's name for the morning show's season 3 trailer? I've been trying to find it but no luck. Also I based from the trailer I feel like I get a Paul Marcs predator vibes.. Yes Stella said he's too smart, but there's other abuses. I feel like it's a Paul Marcs vs Alex this season lol
It’s Elephant Music’s cover of “If I Ruled the World”. I haven’t been able to find it on Spotify or anything but the Elephant Music account uploaded the song on CZcams.
…can not fathom where season three is going, however I kinda think the hacking was orchestrated by Fred Micklin…he is motivated and angry enough to do this.
Is Sybil Actress the therapist that Wendy in Billions goes to?
Episode 8 is going to be 👏 back great. They take all white men and have a firing squad ready. Then all white women in episode 9. Then your next Chinese.
I like the acting but the dialogue writing on this show is so cringeworthy and awful. I had to stop watching for this reason. Also Corey annoys me so much he has the most annoying facial expressions and he has the worst lines.
That's fair!
what? :D noooooo
I don't buy this plotline at all. Sorry. Wage gaps happen. Even on the screenshot of the page listing the wage gaps, you can easily explain it away. Raises, Hiring Dates, etc can all explain wage gaps. Every major company has them. Also, anyone who complains about wage gaps when you're earning over 40k a year is fucking delusional. As for the e-mail, is it in poor taste? Sure. Was it racist tho? Nah. It was a tasteless joke in an e-mail, and I think the drama surrounding it felt extremely manufactured. This show is starting to feel like it's being written by twitter sjws. The way they portrayed Yanko like he's wrong all the time, even though what he says makes a helluva a lot of sense, so much so that it left everyone else speechless. Not even the writers could come up with a way to shut his side of the argument down. They just ignored it. And that's bad writing. They definitely have an agenda with this show and I think this episode killed my interest in it.
Everything Yanko said was completely right!!
In a way - but he was off topic.
