Corrupt judges in boxing. How rare😂
And from the WBC... How surprising... 😂
Floyd owns it.
@@redblacktichy7713 ye shock
The ones who let a champion keep their belt fighting against someone on their boxing debut instead of a contender
Yes who would have thought!!!
It’s nearly as rare as a WBC fight 🤦♂️😆😆😆😆
Usyk is the G.O.A.T !!! The clown of boxing has been found out at last . I hope Usyk retires a very very happy man having done everything that was asked of him and some and he did it with dignity and class unlike the muppet that tried everything in the book to age Usyk out ! Karma has a funny way of getting back sometimes !!!
Would you retire when there is 50 million coming to you for a rematch?
@@phillaysheo8Money means nothing when you've got dementia.
John Fury is also a goat.. a billygoat !
@@phillaysheo8 Unlike Fury, Usyk is not driven by money.
usyk is obviously goat. But the person I admire is fury
usyk has done all this in 22 professional fights.
More like 350 figjts
Kind of lomachenko when he first became world champ
@@dubiousplantdietthe amateurs don’t really count. Yea they play a factor but it’s a completely different game. There has been a lot of top amateurs who couldn’t make it at pros
@@dubiousplantdiet372 fight to be exact. 😂😂
How is amateur even vaguely relevant? In ranking professional fighters only their professional fights count. Usyk became a two weight class undisputed world champion in 22 fights. If you don’t get why the amateur stuff does not factor in here you are an idiot or don’t even know the basics about boxing.
Amazing that the 89 year old Boxing Hall of Fame journalist scored the fight perfectly when so many other people couldn't figure out that was a clear Usyk win. Guess it helps not having a financial investment in seeing Fury win.
1-3 Usyk, 4-6 Fury, 7 swing, 8-11 Usyk by a mile, 12 swing. 115-112 Usyk if you give both swing rounds to Fury. Not difficult to score whatsoever. The card in Fury's favor was absolute lunacy.
I don't agree. The unbiased CBS boxing expert had Fury winning the fight. It was an extremely close fight, and both fighters looked beat up afterward. I do believe Usyk won, but it was very close. I actually think Fury wins the rematch.
@@earlgarcia2736are you mad? Usyk won more points. And beat fury all around the ring in the 9th . Thats not extremely close. 😅 And no. Fury will not win the rematch. Let me guess. You were one if those crazy fools, who had fury down to knock out usyk in the first fight? Easy fight for fury? 😬😅
Spot on
I think u are 100% with this take on it. This is how I scored it.
@@earlgarcia2736 I am sure you thought Fury would win first fight too. As Fury thought he would knock out Usyk very easily.
Everything about the money > integrity WBC is a disgrace.
Once upon a time the most respected sanctioning body with the most prestigious green belt. Mauricio has done a HORRIBLE job in the 10 years of his presidency & as far as I'm concerned made them the least respected of the big 4. From allowing champions to avoid mandatory obligations, affording them long periods of inactivvity & protecting drug cheats with tall tales of contamination. As a hardcore boxing fan I very much dislike the WBC.

Guy was spot on with 115-112 and good to hear someone call out a judge like this.
The Ref in the 9th: I'll stop Fury from getting knocked out
The judge: I score that as a win
Tyson Fury: Happy new year!
That's a myth because he allowed usyk many times to ko fury but usyk not got the power
@@ps5andstuffherebut Fury's knees have not yet touched the canvas so why not let fury keep trying to defend himself till he actually goes down?
To be fair when a fighter is going down and is stopped from doing so by the ropes the referee by the rules has to administer a count.
If a boxer is held up by the ropes it's classed as a knockdown. So, the ref did the right thing, and possibly could of stopped for the standing 8 count sooner.
Yes that i say happy new jear the clown
89 years old Colin is and sharp and observant as ever
Not distinguishing between unified champion and undisputed champion, not so sure. All the best to the bloke.
WBC = WORLDS BEST CORRUPTION
WBC = WORLD BULLSH#T COUNCIL
I was not expecting Colin Hart of all people to be objective and honest about Fury losing fair and square to Usyk.
Rarely agree with Colin Hart but in this case I do. Over the years he's used 'the power of the pen' to destroy boxers he doesn't like and Fury who has a habit of being rude obviously has upset him in the past. I believe this puts the Joshua Usyk fights into perspective as Joshua put up a far better performance in both fights than Fury did. Let's not forget Usyk wasn't far off stopping both Joshua and Fury but both too close to the end of the rounds.
I disagree mate and i prefer aj over fury anyday but aj did not do any better. Usyk looked like he had aj figured out but with fury it could have gone either way before the 8th round punch to the nose of fury. Fury did well and made it a great fight to watch hats off to him. I believe you shouldnt kick a man when hes down thats low@@paulnewton3059

No way Fury won 7 of the 12 rounds. Close fight but only 1 winner.
Not that close, at least in my personal view. I scored it during the fight round by round 116-111
Compubox stats round by round outlanded fury every round except 3...usyk led in every significant punch stat and he controlled the pace the whole fight and kept fury backing up and all those things is what wins decisions...usyk 8-4 with the 9th round standing knockdown ....if fury thinks throwing 85 more punches but landing alot less wins fights then somebody needs to let him know thats not how it works...fury did the best he could against usyk..he came in great shape and he was moving around really good, sticking that jab, going to the body and the head mixing in his uppercut but that didn't last long...usyk figured out how to get around all that and then he turned up the pace typical usyk fashion and the 9th round is what really swung the fight in usyks direction ..after that all he had to do was keep pace and keep landing more the fury ...fury didn't land enough....thats the thing he threw 85 more punches but landed alot less than usyk...usyk was trying to win rounds by not only throwing punches but also making sure he landed as well...fury was trying to steal rounds
You say close fight but only one winner. Could have been a draw.
Never a draw
Not 7 but won 6. 3 to 7 and 12
Facts! That judge should never score a fight ever again. Complete disgrace
Lol still asking if he's the best now. Someone on another interview asked someone 'if he beats Fury in the rematch is he in the pantheon of greats' - HE ALREADY IS AND WAS BEFORE THIS FIGHT. What he's done in boxing is genuine P4P GOAT material. He's in that discussion.
Ukrainian, European, Commonwealth, Olympic champion, Undisputed Cruiser champion, Undisputed Heavyweight champion in an era where he's going up against people twice his size, fighting everyone away from home soil and clearing out one of the strongest ever cruiser divisions and now beating the other top 2 monsters in the heavyweights without once ever looking in serious trouble and having never been put down whilst giving away 30+ lbs in weight and several inches in height.
He's unparalleled.
Marvelous Marvin Hagler and, Larry Holmes went through the exact same thing.
Because they were all business and, no nonsense. They "upset the apple cart" and so, didn't get the respect they deserved from the boxing industry until after they retired.
Undefeated Is the icing on the cake.I hope Usyk decides to retire, he has nothing to prove.
@@beyond1957 exactely what I think! He should go spend time with his family he loves so much. Why have the headache again he surely had after fighting Fury?

They've already ruined the sport
The Ref saved fury in.the 9th round stopping usyk from knocking him out ' now that's a disgrace
and the ropes saved him 5 times and then saved by the bell
Under the rules of boxing if a fighter gets hurt and the ropes hold him up the ref can call it a knock down
Thanks Usyk for returning the dignity and respect to the boxing sport.
I'm amazed by how many people don't know the rules
Please don't tell me the rules of boxing ' fury was getting knocked out and the Ref stopped it ' one or two more shots and fury would have been asleep ' the Ref didnt stop it when fury was knocking wilder out did he ' its blatant prejudice
' im a fighting man,i fear no man' well thats fury's last two fights he's had his ass handed to him.
Between him & big John they had tried to wind everyone with their gobshite & the only ones they wound up was themselves!!. They really thought the win was going to be theirs ... Thats as wrong as wrong gets!!
Spot on from Colin, as usual. Love a Colin Hart interview - thank you.
And the sore loser Fury is saying the Judges gave it to Usyk because his country is at war. How pathetic. Doesnt deserve a rematch. And if he gets one he will be KO'D this time. The ref saved him in this fight.
Making stuff up? In the post match he wasn't a sore loser either as well as even today saying he was outboxed.
Fury made it clear that the war won the fight and he enjoyed getting punched in the face and a very Happy new year while John is looking for a kid to headbutt alright fella

He won the middle rounds
Round 2-7 fury won and arguably the 12th as well, if it wasn't for the 10-8 round it would of been a draw or fury win
Saturday night was a magnificent moment for the sport of boxing. Usyk’s victory finally ended the stranglehold that Warren, Arum & Sulaiman have had over the heavyweight division for the last 9 years. They’ve earned £millions feeding boxing fans pointless/rubbish .. Wilder/Fury v journeymen .. whilst constantly misleading the fans with fake negotiations for the real fights fans wanted to see. I only wish their careers were coming to an end along with their overpaid & overrated cash cows
Amen to that bro 100% true
there were 10 secs left for the round to end , and the ref gave fury a time out for 8 secs , and that was the end of the round.... fury was done in the 9th ....it should have been usyk by 9th round tko stoppage.
He didnt just give him a very long count, he also walked fury back to his corner. Should never have stopped usyk from finishing. Its about as bad as the time the doctor stepped in the ring to save wilder when he was fighting ortiz.
Colin Hart knows what he is talking about, he has been covering the game for decades.
Unlike the commentators who were only giving Fury props for every little thing he did, but said nothing most times when Usyk was doing brilliant.
That is why I think the old good commentators like Jim Watt and Glenn McCrory were way better than these new boys and girls, the older ones told the fights as it was with no BS or preference, just facts, but these newbies just scared of losing their pay check, so sway easily, I use to respect Barry Jones takes on fights, but even he was talking nonsense as he was boosting Fury performance as he obviously wanted Fury to win.
Yep hes a dosser
Spot on, perfect summary by this guy.
This is a man who was at Ali v Cooper so knows a thing or two about boxing and can’t disagree.
WBC judge probably gave fury round 12
Somehow they all did....
I think all of them did. How, i don't know because it was a very clear Usyk round Imo.
He edged the 12th. He also won every early round bar the first. But only by the finest of margins. That’s why it’s so hard to score a live fight.
And round 9
@@wungabunga Fury won convincingly three rounds: 5,6 and 7. There can be no doubt about these three. I can understand why judges gave him round 12 as well and maybe (and that is a big maybe) round 4. I watched the fight four times already and there is simply no way to give Fury anything more than that. He lost the fight 112:115 - that is the lowest possible sentence (111:116 would also be no surprise).
He’s the Richie Benault of Boxing 😂
This is a “Marvellous” comment. I was going to write something similar. Odd to see him in blue as opposed to his familiar ivory, beige, cream or off white suit
HAHAHAHA
This man has always known how it really is.
Usyk said „maybe but I don‘t think about it“ when he was asked if he got robbed a KO victory! What a true CHAMPION❤
The judge that gave the decision to make Fury the winner was watching another fight
And you can see why on Mauricio Sulaiman´s face after the scorecards were announced by Buffer. Sulaiman wanted Fury to win and he already sanctioned the rematch as the first one.
The ref was the biggest disgrace he saved fury, giving 18 count when he didn't even touch the canvas.
Unbelievable how he even got the nod to referee.
Fury wouldn’t have gotten up by the count of 9 if he wasn’t saved by the ropes and referee.
Ngannou was robbed by scummy judges.
Do you not know the rules of boxing? If a fighter is deemed to be held up by the ropes after a punch, its given as a standing eight count.
@@andybud1983 you are correct on this... but..... had he gone down it was over without the bell....
@@andybud1983 "do u not know the rules of boxing" lmao. Do you know them? This rule is meant for the situations where the boxer can't physically fall on the canvas due to the ropes holding him (like the specific position of hands being behind the ropes). It clearly was not the situation, cuz technically he was not in a position where he could not physically fall due to the ropes. He could, and he clearly was falling in the last bits of that sequence and he would ve fallen if referee did not jump in. He was simply bouncing of ropes mate, it's not what the rule was made for and clearly is not what it meants. Referee dropped a ball there, he should either allow Usyk to drop Fury on the canvas or stop the fight.
Never happening in October. Means they're back in camp in August. No way.
Usyk should now retire…..he has nothing else to prove 👏👏
If he retires won't he have to fight on the front lines??.

Fury won't invoke the rematch clause, he will watch the fight back and realise that at his absaloute best he just cant beat him.
Depends on.the money.
@@david9180I think he know he'd make more money against Joshua but, if he loses to Usyk again and, takes that much damage again, not only does the purse for Joshua collapse, so does his chances of winning.
That beating could have lasting effects on Fury.
He knew he was going to lose hence his nervousness before the fight ' I've nothing against fury he has made a 100 million pound get out and his boxing ability is on.the decline due to.age ' I am however annoyed that the Ref saved him from usyk knocking him out the money is massive so who knows what will happen
If he could get fit he might have a chance. He's flabby and fades out.
How can you honestly say fury could never beat usyk when they've just had such a close fight it baffles me?? Imagine usyk didnt knock fury down when he did theres no guarantees it would happen again the opposite could happen its heavyweight boxing you dont know what your talking about
I think Fury will have a meltdown now and not honor a rematch .Usyk should retire ,he’s 37 undisputed in both divisions he has nothing to prove
Fury will say he needs some more money, i meant warm up fights...he'll sign up for the rematch and then tyson will inform the world that injuries, that he told no one about, had retirned and he has to retire.

I agree 100%. It was almost another railroad job for Fury, and it wasn't as close as the scorecards said. Usyk carried the fight to the much bigger man and won decisively on my card, I had the same 115-113 for Olek and no way did Fury win a majority of rounds.
