Another great video! I can't believe how easily your baffles came out. I'm in the middle of an epic 8 month battle trying to remove my baffles - I've tried everything imaginable and now I've gone an broken off the center bar. I swear if the day comes when I do get them out - I'm going to given them your cleaning treatment annually!

Thanks. The annual treatment is a good idea! I hope you can get yours out. I suppose you have tried applying heat and or WD40?

Disconnect the exhaust pipe from the cylinder and the muffler and take it out. Get a broomstick, stick it in from the front and hit the baffle out of the muffler. It helps to spray some penetrant in the rear where the baffle securing screw is.

I had 2x LC, so know this task well. Town riding would gum up the baffles\ plugs.

I think I already have to redo them. I havent ridden it much but mainly low speed, the oil nearly drips out.
