I don-t know if my PS4 or my game is bugged, I try this and still didn't work....I but Guilty Gear Strive for PS4, the in game store not give me ANYTHING of the DLC characters, stages, colors, only the menu options but not a single thing pop up, I buy the DLC Elphelt through the PS Store directly.......and STILL despite is purchase the game not load the character.....I try everything, since yesterday and nothing happen.
I purchased hitman 2 gold edition which also includes the expansion pass but the expansion pass isn't on the add ons and on the PS4 it says it's purchased and if I go on it it only shows the like and rate bar. ?
Exactly my problem with Street Fighter V premium edition add-on. Same exact issue. Says it's purchased, but no option to download.

I need help, so I bought an ultimate add on bundle for mortal kombat 11, and now once its been downloaded and its in my notifications its not installing..whenever I try start it it says "cannot find application, do you want to look in playstation store?"

@@jalaalcheema4823 it didn't work i tried everything, someone said dlc has to be the same region as the disk (which is different in my case) and you have to make a new acc with the same region as the game then install the dlc again but in this case I'll lose my money since i already purchased the dlc 😭
Downloaded the Ultimate pack from jump force but I accidentally downloaded the DOC content to the regular jump force I was doing it on my phone on the app and I accidentally clicked the regular jump force not the ultimate pack that cost 100 I can’t on the other cheap ass one and download the content to that one I think I fucked up this was all done on my cell phone on the PSN app fuck please help me bro

i bought 8 dlcs in shinobi striker (naruto game) and im trying to send it to my friend, for him it says installed but when we checked in game, there was no trace of it to be found. We tried deleting the game, setting my account as his primary on his ps4, restoring licenses, restarting the game, restarting his ps4. Is there any solution?

Try to delete the game and reinstall the game itself. I'm assuming the DLC doesn't show up in the game itself right?

Help pleaseee, I got the Spider-Man marvel game a long time ago and just bought ps plus extra and that includes the game of year version that has all of the dlcs but I can’t access and also my completion of the game was on an account without the ps plus extra

still doesn't work. Just says "waiting to install". when I attempt to install it, clicking 'start', it says, "cannot find application. Do you want to look in Playstation store?" When I click 'ok', it says "this content cannot be selected at this time".

Same here mate, did everything from activate primary ps4 to restore licenses, delete & reinstall dlcs and restart/reboot ps4 to no avail. Clicking start takes me to get the game of that dlc which I have on disc but tells me to buy on PSstore. Still trying to find a solution but the last thing to do is contact PS customer support I guess...

region differences between the game and dlc store?
For example game is EU but bought US version dlc of the same game
so to work you need both of the same regions of the game and dlc, not to confuse with an EU or JP or anything that is not US with a US game match it for the US dlc

@@markandmargie7331 I figured it out. Go to your homescreen and hover over Fallout 4. Scroll down to the PS store option, it will show the DLC options. Go to "Add ons" and it will let you install them. I am finally playing Automatron

This was my problem:
My PSN is on America
My DBFZ disc is on Asia
When I bought the DLC, of course it will be on the American store, so the DLC won't stick with the Asian copy of DBFZ
