  • This futuristic townhouse is a work of art! Its got a cool design that kinda feels out of place in the new york city of today, but in the future everything in NYC will look like this. Would You Live in a place like this or do you prefer older, “classic” new york city apartments? I Think this place is a winner no matter what the date is.

They're all renovated with basic-quality fittings and enough bathrooms - and those oddball bathtubs - but the price is high for Brooklyn. Outdoor space is nice, though you have to mow it and it's not very private. In a better location I think more people might be interested.

Literally just had to carry my buddy to a short 9hr visit to the E.R. because of a street bike wreck, and the only thing that saved him was his helmet. Which was basically split in half. And he's a very experienced biker. Please get a helmet.

Yes, yes, YES! He would ensure his DAUGHTER wears a helmet, right, but what about HIS noggin? Cash, bro, you're a smart & entertaining dude, but NOT wearing a helmet on even a regular bike, is, well, "not clever", so magnify that greatly for your electric speedster. Cummon' dude, think of your wife, child & loved ones, if not of yourself... 😟 Do ya want your baby girl to have to take care of her drooling, brain-damaged dad the rest of her life, or your wife to be left without a functioning/ WORKING/ providing husband? Bro, we love ya, so take CARE of that very vulnerable noggin!! PLEASE. "Make nerdy (but practical) bike helmets cool." Cheers!

I’ll third this! I ride motorcycles (my entire life, even raced, cars also) & even as a little kid had a helmet! It takes quite a lot to dent a good helmet & Cash needs to think of his wife & sweet little one as well as himself! I’d never ride a bicycle or motorcycle w/out a helmet, you need your noggin! BTW while I’m “preaching”😆, motorcycles are MOTOR VEHICLES & have to follow the same rules as *all* motor vehicles, so don’t treat them like bicycles- there are reasons they ride as they do (sadly mainly to keep themselves safe), so please be careful & courteous😃! That’s your PSA for the day along w/ the OP comment😃!

Highly overpriced for the Home Depot contractor special.
4:40 They took a single room and put up a wall to turn it into 2 rooms, with no doors! So you have to walk through one persons bedroom to get into the second bedroom.
5:57 So they decide to include a black fridge when everything else is stainless steel. great. And the door orientation is incorrect.
7:30 Again, they went cheap on the finish for the fridge when everything else is stainless steel.
8:08 So the pop up drain is in the middle of the tub instead of being out of the way on one side. So they have to avoid stepping on it while showering or laying on it when using the jacuzzi function.
8:50 One is for regular water and when you push the button it switches it to filtered water.
8:56 See the laminate is already separating from the cabinet and hanging down? That means these cabinets are cheap particleboard or OSB with a laminate finish. Moisture will destroy them.
9:52 Large jacuzzi tub but the shower curtain turns it into a phone booth
10:10 They finally got the fridge finish correct to match the other appliances, but the door orientation is incorrect, it should be reversed to allow easy access from the right side, not the left side.
The only thing they got right was deep kitchen sinks and one piece tank toilets.

I am in the Midwest and I share a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom finished basement at my parents house and the neighborhood is going downhill but it’s still safer than the section 8 areas. Luckily my daughter got a special state classification that provides her with a good school district.

Also Cash, Please stop calling them Deli's, when you leave Manhattan (wall street to the beginning of Harlem) after they are called "bodegas", especially in mixed communities.

In the first two apartments, I didn’t like those “Open” Bedrooms. l wouldn’t want anyone to have to “walk through” my bedroom to get to theirs! I also prefer my bedroom with a en-suite, l absolutely hate sharing a bathroom! I won’t rent an one bedroom apartment unless there’s 1 & 1/2 Bathrooms... Preferably the full bathroom attached to my bedroom and a “Powder-Room” (1/2 Bath) for guests! I also prefer a bathtub however, it’s not a dealbreaker.
