- On the strength of a woman we feature, one of the pioneer gospel singers in Kenya, Mary Atieno Ominde. With about 8 albums to her name including the all time hits "Adam na Eva" and "Sodom na Gomorra", she is still going strong, 30 years into her music career and is set to release yet another song this year. Mary Atieno Ominde who is visually impaired opens up about her struggles and how she broke barriers to be where she is today. Sally Mbilu reports.
