African Tigress, I just revisited this video. As a few commenters wrote, it will not be suitable to put the gym next to your living room. You can have a study room, an office, or a small sitting area for when someone is dropping by. You can also put the gym in your planned study room because it will be near to the bedrooms and washrooms. Another option is, when you are constructing an outdoor bath and toilet for the workers, because you do not want them running in and out of your house, you can add a gym inside adjoining it at the back or side of the building, on the first floor; a small indoor corridor can lead you there. Then you will still have your study room where you plan to have it. You do work very hard and are spending your money wisely. I look forward to seeing the final result, including the walled property. It will be beautiful.

Very lovely. You can also use some of the scrap wood to create raise beds for growing vegetables and having a kitchen garden in the back. There is so much wonderful space.

I'd suggest the downstairs study room be made into a private living room for those people you'd like to talk to and don't want to invite into the house.
Reduce the space for the walking closet in the main room and expand the bathroom

Have your gym on the rooftop, where it's airy and have it with more glass than bricks.. That way you can have a beautiful view as you work out and inside your house it won't be smelling sweaty.
Shikanisha gym na hiyo toilet on one side of the house, so you can have more space for hangout. Then the solar panels can be on top of the gym
That place down there should be an office where you can meet people for official issues. You don't want everyone going upstairs so it would serve well as the office

Beautiful house ! the only suggestions for me is if you can have external staircase . That can be locked up when not in use. That goes direct to the roof top that way if you have a party not everyone has to go into your house.
Also on the roof top you can have a semi covered area where you can have a bar and a pull down projector screen were you and guest can watch tv outside while having barbecue.

Build an outdoor kitchen space next to the indoor kitchen. A nice size counter with sink and a grill. The plumbing for the sink is already there.

Do a thorough waterproofing, otherwise it might look good in the beginning but after few years you'll see the roof floor soaking water

Use that small narrow space outside for an external bathroom/toilet area. At times workmen come to do yard work and need an area to go to the bathroom.

This home is beautiful! What am very happy to see is that you used burnt bricks! They much stronger than the regular bricks and almost fire proof. However, what shock me the most is that the mason used a lot of steel bar/rods in the house! I was pleasantly surprised to see the steels sticking out of the walls. Kudos! I thought the masons would have built the house with steel bars only in the columns, like most of the houses in the other famous village. Congratulations.

Congratulations Queen. I love your houses. You talked about the sauna, please put it on the roof top together with another bathroom and toilet. You can make it enough for four so you and your friends or future family can enjoy yourselves. Ooh and the room opp rite your living room can be used as A TV room or tea room. Or you can even make it your alter!

Tigress consider using that little oudoor corner as a oudoor wash area. In itherwords place a sink for anything you want to wash and dont want to do inside.
Good suggestion was thinking about having that just behind the kitchen corner at the back
The outdoor corner suitable for gas cylinder ( preferably 35 kg) with pipe running from there to the kitchen.

Since you asked what to do with the space at 13:00 i would suggest you knock out a doorway and give that lower room its own mini balcony like the one above it. Makes logical sense and when you have a visitor or family using it they can exit without bothering the living area😊. House is very gorgeous and you and the designer have keen style.🎉

Maybe take time to finish your build there is a high chance you might find more money to build another floor up at the roof top I guess you can have do half of the roof top so that you can have a stair case roof top , to mean half of the roof top done and on top is tanks elevation so a three step up will be visible I hope I tired to picture that well IAM only good in drawing things than explaining

Fix a steel door to secure that "small kaplace" and use it as a crucial store for private tools and accessories. You can have vertical partitions on it and make it very useful. Otherwise congrats African tigress for the very beautiful home.
