So great, I love the tricks and details! Before watching this video I spent 6 months with this machine never noticing several things, like how the lights are specifically aimed at the pitchers and bell creamers, how the little pressure gauge changes while shots are pulling, and how the reverse mirror shows the group heads! Thank you.

That little tray comes with that specific grinder; not all grinders come with them, but many of the pro versions do. - Kat
a little tip re: latte art, try using a jug with a more defined spout and slow down! Cause that milk was looking pretty damn smooth and perfect for some art action Brandon!

@@smashinglionz yes I did but it’s been a while, I changed job and so honestly don’t remember 😂 i think you have to turn the machine off, and then turn it on while pushing 1 or 2 buttons. That’s all I can recall so sorry!
