    Great video! I work in facilities maintenance at our school, and we have the predecessor to this model (2008). I'm replacing a flowmeter valve that 'burst' at the plastic piece that is sandwiched between the base of the wire group and the top of the valve body... and this video has given me a much better understanding of the machine as a whole. At this point I don't know WHY it burst, but the flowmeter on the right is clearly worn, while the left side looks almost new... so I'm hoping that it is simply a matter of the right side being used 95% of the time by the student operators in their little coffee shop. Thanks again!

    Hey Kat, thanks for this video, it's been very informative for me as I work on this exact machine. I have a question though, on my machine, the hot water spout us not giving hot water, I noticed a knob to the right side of the solenoid and I'm wondering if I could fix the temp by adjusting that. A reply would be amazing, thanks in advance.

    This is an excellent video. I have a machine that has been in service since April of last year (2018) and experiencing intermittent leaking from the vacuum breaker. The tank level is high at the times this occurs. What controls the tank level? I am assuming that the leak is a symptom of a tank level problem. Is that correct? Thanks for any assistance.

    Please help, I have a musica it does not do autorefill. I can say so it didnt do autorefill because the lights water-empty goes on but the pump is not pumping water to go to the boiler. Though whenever I started the machine it did work and I can make only single shot, I can no longer make 2nd. The water-empty light turns on as well as the 4keys delivery for hot water and coffee dosing shot keeps blinking. Meaning the keys doesnt work anymore, cannot function. My musica is 4month old I think it is not water scale that cause it. Please help what shoukd I do.. Thanks

    I would like to ask you a troubleshooting question? Im in a remote location and having issues getting my 2006 aurelia working. The issue is I cannot get water to flow through either of the two groups. Each group head is not hot so I assume something upstream of the 3 way valves not allowing them to open. The error I keep getting is Doser Error Group 1 and then Doser error group 2. Thanks in advance

    I hope someone can answer this, but I bought a WBC 2009 edition machine from auction and had to rebuild it as it was in really rough shape. It's been in service for the last year in my shop and then I just had to replace the pump he points to at 9:24. This is where I noticed something peculiar. When I first started up the machine the water in sight glass went to full instead of the usual slightly below half. In doing so this thing it's always done where it groans awfully every time it fills disappeared and it was quiet as could be. But after about a day it readjusted itself to just below half and the awful noise is back which I'm guessing is basically vibration resonating in the half full tank? So is there a way to adjust the water level in the tank to raise the level on the sight glass (other than the manual fill which will just override automatically again) or do I need to replace something else?

    but I have question please :)
    I have Musica, and my anti-suction valve make that sound only once after I tune it one like 2 mints before it start to get hot, I thought this is how the air go out of the boiler
    now I am confuse, should be make sound once or shouldn't make any sound at all

    Hi, what did I just hear , after 6 year everything have to be replaced, can that be true, had just been looking for a nuova simonelli Aurelia ii digit 3 head from 2013 , has been bench tested they say and will if maintenance good hold 10-20 years, ain’t that true, do I have to replace everything every 6 years. what about this maschine should I not buy it, comes also with 3 month warranty . One extra question , when he says it a 4.5 kw maschine does it mean it use 4.500 watt every hour or only by start up, Easyer question how much watt does this model use pr hour.👍thanks nice review , nice video

    Hi, i have a 2011 3 group volumetric aurelia, my pressure gauge reads 10-11 bar when pulling shots and hot water spigot is spitting water with some steam when doing americanos. Q, are the pressure gauges accurate? should i adjust it down to 9 bar? will this be affecting my temperature? and any ideas whats going on with the hot water? Do you have any good websites where i cat get info on working on these machines? i hope you can answer my questions. I dont have the money for a technician at the moment. thanks so much in advance!

      kevin douglas did you figure out this question? I have the same problem with my aurelia 2, I'm also having to adjust the temp coming from my group heads as it drops teen degrees every two hours

    • @elliotgwynne3890
      @elliotgwynne3890 Před 5 lety

      This information is bit late and I'm sure you would have solved your problems by now (hopefully) but for anyone else wondering:
      1. yes the pressure gauges are accurate and you should definitely adjust your brew pressure down to 9 bar.
      2. no it should affect your brew temperature, you may be using water more and faster therefore the machine will need to work harder to maintain stable temp.
      3. your hot water dispenser tap is spitting and steam because the water that is being dispensed is around boiling point so it will be spluttering. If you adjust your hot water temp down with the valve mentioned at 2:10 - 2.40 in this video it will dispense cooler water and therefore will not splutter.
      4. The Nuova Simonelli aurelia t3 Manual can be found easily on the Nuova Distribution website or through google and is filled with info on how to use these machines.
      Cheers.
