椎茸狩をして、たくさん椎茸が手に入ったので、味噌マヨ焼きを作りました。めちゃうまです。
作り方のレシピを載せたので、興味がある方は作ってみてください。また、ご不明な点がありましたらコメント欄にお願いします。

★【材料】4個
・椎茸　　　　4個
・マヨネーズ　大さじ２
・みそ　　　　大さじ１
★【作り方】
①椎茸は軸を取ります。取った軸は捨てずに違う料理に使ってください。
②マヨネーズ大さじ２にみそ大さじ１を混ぜ合わせます。
③椎茸の傘側に②のみそマヨネーズを塗り広げて、アルミホイルの上に乗せます。
④トースターやグリルで３分〜４分焼けば完成です。

I went shiitake mushroom hunting and got a lot of shiitake mushrooms, so I made miso mayonnaise. It's super delicious.

★[Materials] 4 pieces
・4 shiitake mushrooms
・Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons
・1 tablespoon miso
★【How to make】
① Remove the stems from the shiitake mushrooms. Don't throw away the stems you removed; use them for other dishes.
② Mix 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise with 1 tablespoon of miso.
③ Spread ② miso mayonnaise on the cap side of the shiitake mushrooms and place on aluminum foil.
④ Bake in a toaster or grill for 3 to 4 minutes and it's done.
