Do not apply it every night. Start out applying it once every 4 nights for about a month. Work your way down to once evey 3 nights. Use sunscreen during the day! It gets better.

@@puurfectlysplendid No. Once you give your skin a 2-3 day break in between treatment, your skin stops peeling.

@@73angelD I must have been doing this wrong. My face is very sensitive and grew up with atopic dermatitis and my face was burning putting it too constantly and my skin condition looks very bad. I'll try your steps. Thank you for your advice.

I got an rx from my son’s dr. He’s 14 and has normal breakouts for a sweaty teenage boy lol. I took him off all acne products. He cleanses w/cetafil or neutrogena bar soap, moisturizes and then every 3 rd night I apply the trentinoin. He’s amazed that after 3 treatments his acne is about gone. He is getting blackheads on his nose but they should subside. And he’s not peeling excessively to where people can see it.

Yes it was worse. I had to give up makeup and go all bad skin to office with people staring right at my red peeling skin. After 2 months I got so badly used to stares that I found it alright to give up makeup. Then after 2 months since I gave up the worst thing for face my face which is makeup. My skin became so good. Then I got used to more stares coz people were baffled. What is she doing? Bad to glowing.

@La Fa I started with 0.05 3 times in a week alternate days. But beginner must start with 0.025. Combine with salicylic acid on alternate days and on Sunday or Friday whatever works for you use a less than 20% AHA Bha peel. Ordinary is 30 % and when I used it while on tretinoin it burned my skin. So I switched to gentle 18% exfoliator and if u can't find any go for lactic acid or mandelic acid leave on serum by ordinary. I was using minimalist hyaluronic acid face wash and deconstruct ceramide moisturizer along with aderma epitheliale cream and sometimes bioderma intensive soothing baume.

@@babykookie2411 Ask your doctor/ pharmacist about tretinoin, then when you have it read the instructions because it is a retinol.
First few weeks only use it 1-3 times a week until you get used to it!
Make sure to put a layer of moisturiser before.
Use a pea sized amount and spread evenly on your face.
Then apply another layer of moisturiser!
