Which pods are you supposed to use for the Essenza Mini My Machine? My sister bought a bulk box of pods for her machine but they are too big. I didn't evven know therre were different sizes.

why if water tank is filled with water and lifting the machine up, the upper hook of the tank will just release by itself and tank will fell off. is it by design?

It didn't show about placing in the capsules. I expected the ones supplied with the purchase to be placed horizontally (they keep slipping down), and press the lever down. Problem is, apart (or because) from the capsules slipping out of the horizontal, pressing down the lever seems to need too much pressure. With pre-cleaning it was OK. What am I doing wrong?

@@nespresso It seems as if the rear of the capsules are too thick for them to be "punctured". Either that, or the Krupps "pincer" is not sharp enough.

Should both button can be pressed with any pod? Expresso button doesn't work but lungo does, it's an error or something about the pod?

Each capsule brews one serving.

The brewing technology and in-cup result are the same regardless of the model, Azim.

Thanks for your question. Yes, the machine can be reprogrammed back to its factory settings after you have customized it.
@@nespresso yes, but how. I just bought mine today and for mistake keep pressed the large coffee button and now it drop less coffee than the expreso button :(

I have a new machine. I did not know that I'm supposed to remove the capsule after brewing. I stayed there 6 times for the whole day (ergo 6 capsules in the system for 6 days). Could anything be wrong now? Should I clean it somehow?
Excellent question. While doing this over a few days is not likely to cause undue issues, we always recommend releasing capsules after use to help prevent granule buildup and additional wear. Many thanks.

My five year old Essenza mini does not make coffee any more. The water comes out at the back and just runs into the overflow tray and out on the table. Sometimes it makes half a cup of coffee and the rest of the water comes out clean in the overflow tray and all over the table. I am in South Africa.

The video doesn’t explain if it can be turned off using the buttons or should I unplug it?
Hi Mary, if you press both buttons simultaneously for one second the machine will turn off.

@@czerinahgarcia No, what is wrong is that this is a computerized machine, crap goes in and crap comes out, going back to my Delonghi who is 10 years old but never fails..these machines are "temperamental" and not good for a fast lifestyle ( or a slow one ) mine makes 3 coffees and after 3 or 5 or 1 just decides not to work...I already did descaling, followed every video under the sun and nothing...I knew Nestle was not a trustworthy firm but this is ridiculous, $300 down the drain and is only 1 year old, stores do not have anyone to help with the issues of their machines so we must have something else to make a coffee while we send the one we bought to make coffee to them, etc, etc....they are nuts.

Do you mean the Essenza Mini, like in this video? I actually looked this video up because I fucked up my first attempt by trying to manually insert the first capsule! I was a bit surprised to learn that simply dropping it in is the way to go, and yet it worked, lol.

Nespresso leaves out how to insert the capsule with out breaking your wrist trying to close the top. It was so hard to close I figure I must be missing something. Hate this machine already

This doesn’t help me when trying to learn how to not break my wrist. It’s 6am and I want coffee, not to speak with a representative in a foreign call center.
Closing the top is easy, you are the problem, not the machine.
Tip from me: empty the tray from used capsules.
