Just got the machine, tried to make sense of the user manual. I thought I had to press the big button three times. Not clear at all. This video makes it more clear. But after pressing the big button once, very little water flowed through

Hi Nespresso, i have bought a essenza mini with aeroccino 4 while both are plugged in but closed they are hissing but it is not a big voice but bothering. Is it normal to hear that voice ? When i call Nespresso they said they had never faced with an issue like that before

Hi there, I can confirm that both the Magimix and Krups Essenza Mini machines work in exactly the same way. The only difference is cosmetic due to the 2 different manufacturers. You can find more about this machine on our Machine Assistance page here nespres.so/a/myo9fq. I hope this helps.

@@nespresso Kuwait. Problem solved. Contacted the local Nespresso agent and they sent a Maintenance rep who inspected the device and found out that it was overheating - manufacturing defect. Got a replacement the next day and now I'm having my espresso. Good product overall.

@@nilaphapaethong7830 just press both buttons at the same time until the light turns off or wait for 1 few minutes and it quill automatically shut off.
