In my experience both Japanese and Korean girls are interested in westerners. And its pretty easy to get into short term relationships. The problem comes when you are looking for a long term relationship or marriage. This is when culture and family will be the deciding factor. The parents usually decide who their daughter will marry. If the family is very traditional then there is no chance of her marrying you does not matter how much she loves you.

I rather do not create expectations I may not be able to meet. こっにおいで、well sure can be. こっしおいで hm, ok, thanks, I might indeed feel comfortable using this given the right situation.
Not to suggest all women are the same, but being indirect works well everywhere. Compliments about something other than her looks is more appreciated. Go slow, relax. If she likes you, she will help you. Listen well, and watch her behavior is helpful. Just my opinion. Good luck.
