As someone who had natural chubby cheeks all my life I just wanna say her natural face is my beauty goal..
The challenge is not injecting perfection and youth. It is with older clients who have real volume loss, laxity and not so perfect skin.

Yes but the real challenge is when you are honest with them , tell them that the best option is : surgery
Or best nonsurgical option is: fully ablative laser, RF microneedling, then 4-5ml filler
And they say: I just want to do 1 ml

I’ve had cheek filler in three different salons not one had bothered to feel around like this they just all inject in the same place which gives me higher checks instead of volume at the apples where I need it

I had Allergan Vollure injected i had horrible results:The filler keeps dissolving the collagen in my upper cheeks. The doctor said this was better and new product in 2018. Sad! The corporation needs to have a class action suit to prevent further injury to patients.

Do you use MD codes? Would ck3 be right beside the infraorbital? I was trained to do a needle to bone bolus but it freaks me out and ive not done it! Im to scared to hit the infraorbital foramen!

They possibly can and then they release it after they’ve started injecting what is this based off of and why do people think that it gives more of a lift is it just because that filler placed there basically makes it impossible for that skin to fall back down?

Also if there’s obviously more volume loss on one side at one point - is that ok to add more in that point and omit from the other side to balance?

These days I see many patients being injected and land up with a chipmunk look pushing the eyes upwards. How do you avoid this ?
Do fillers cause scar tissue ? Juvederm in particular.

I can see why they chose her as a model- she has a perfect bone structure already. All he had to do was follow her already gorgeous lines lol. I think it’s a lot trickier to make filler look as good when there’s little “scaffolding” on the face to begin w to hold everything in place 😂

If her lips were less overfilled, the cheeks would not seem smallish. Unnecessary! She gorgeous without any more filler.

Can you please do a video like this? Or one just showing the the skeleton like with your needle on the bone of the skeleton over the facial bones, but talking about how to inject or project the tissue at the cheek apple for someone, who has very poor bone structure in the frontal area of the face. And because of that, like a severe laxity of the skin personally have never had cheek apples and I would love to know the way that an injector could place filler here and not yet and not make me look, unlike myself. I've had it before. I did not like what she did. I did not like it at all. It was very poorly placed. There was no smooth transition The 2 parts didn't go together.It was like it was just weird.I never, ever fell in myself.I did not feel beautiful or fabulousMy zygomatic arch is the Sharpest angleon my face. I like the angles. I just want like you see a lot of what they're doing now. Like with Ryan Gosling, he has just the slightest projection in the front, but not right in the front where people with large cheek apples have. The projection, his is more. It's off to the side and it looks perfect with his facial structure. That is how my face is structured. It's flat in the front just like his and I really and Emily Blunt has the same type of look going on. But I really just want to see more demonstrations of how an injector can do this because so many are not skilled in this type of thing. I would like to be able to tell them what I'm looking for and how to get it or at least even show them your video. I'm not too proud to do that. I have done that in the Past when sitting in someone's chair
