    thank you for caring 🥰 12 months ago my kidneys were only working 36% so i stopped all sugars and now my kidneys are working 67%. Doing the right thing does work when you put your mind to it and watch these kind of videos to built up your thoughts.

    I’ve heard flax meal is also excellent. About 3tbls a day. I put it in applesauce and yogurt or pudding. Usually do it twice as 3tbls is a lot.

      Flax seed is estrogenic, I don't like take things that are. Trade one issue for cancer risk

    anyone can take them, but the quantity should be in moderation. just a general tip and it should be based on Doctors advice. based on the patient's prognosis. it so easy to list down by itself

    Thank you for this information! My husband was just diagnosed with hypertension. I wasn't sure how to change his "diet." (I use the word loosely. Almost every bit of "food" he consumes is processed.)
    I will start feeding him more of what I eat. I'll probably have to go slowly, to convince him to change.

      In September 2021, I unexpectedly found BP WAS 165/116. After 15 months of exercise and diet, IT is now completely normal at 120/ 82 on average. Took a lot of self control but managed to do this without and medication

      @@mccsony8822 totally relate, just went to the doctors office and was told my blood pressure was high so she said they will retake it in a few minutes….it was higher…I just walked out and said to myself not to stress about it just went home. Now I have another thing to stress about.

    When you first said “Lentils” you showed dry soybeans. Yes, lentils come in a variety of colors and are very easy to make and are nutritious. But they don’t look like dry soybeans.

      soybeans, are good for clearing arteries Android blood vessels from plack buildup.high doses of a substance in soybeans have been shown to clear it out ,so once you get it to break lose then you also must eat fiber to AL Flush away and then also 3/4 of a cup of soybeans a day

    I eat all of these for health and because I like them. I exercise and sleep well. However, when I go to the doctor, my bp is higher than it is at home...... I think this is because they make so much fuss about it!

      There's something called "white coat syndrome", where just the sight of someone wearing a white lab coat will trigger a blood pressure spike! This is a subconscious reaction to fear of poor performance.

      It’s because they are talking to you, they don’t have your arm at the right level, and you’ve sat waiting so long your irritated. Just an observation as to what might be causing the same thing with me. Always low at home, but 30 to 40 % higher when I go to the office. Mind you they asked me to bring in my blood pressure machine “to see if I knew how to use it”. Gotta keep us in the middle some how until they can’t.😊

    Educational video. My concern is for individuals with kidney disease who should be on a controlled potassium diet as some of the foods suggested are high in potassium.

      Absolutely correct. Those with kidney disease will have to be cautious with amount of potassium consumed. Too much potassium can affect your kidneys and cause other health problems

      15 years of a high stress job ruined my health. The money was good, but not worth it. Now I make about 1/3 of what I used to but am much happier and have more time to try to recover from the damage to my health. Corporate drone jobs aren't worth what they take from a person (health, peace of mind, time with family, joy of life)

      Bananas is the fruit with the g highest sugar, which is why they say avocados are an alternative with high potassium as well.
