It’s hilarious Brady was called a system qb at one point because the evidence is stacking up that he WAS the greatest system in NFL history. He had one of the worst coaching staffs you could ever have and carried them. Imagine if he had Andy Reid calling plays all those years. Oh my god.

Just imagine if he would’ve been drafted by the Steelers playing for 2 hall of fame coaches in bill cowher and mike tomlin along with one of if not the greatest owner in nfl history dan rooney a hall of fame gm in Kevin Colbert the best all around team since 2000 with 13 maybe 14 players that were hall of famers in their prime during that time for the Steelers not including Big Ben. And I say maybe 14 because Casey Hampton might get in but isn’t a for sure fire hall of famer but those other 13 guys are. just imagine if Brady played with and was coached by that instead of the players and the garbage coaching staff he had with the pats he’d have at least 10 super bowls.

Let's trade a guy that regularly threw for roughly 4.5K yards every season, almost 40K yards total, and the reason the best wide receiver came to play with us, Loved by the locker room and durable as they come, That actually loved being a raider... For a guy that came into the league the same year, throws for less than half that on average, 15K yards total, is made of glass, and alienate said WR plus most of the rest of the team. It's just so damn short sighted. As happy as I am for Mark pulling the plug on this guy, The damage he allowed him to do in such a short period is mind boggling.

Been a raider fan since “The Sea of Hands” game! I was 7 years old. The last 20 years have been disgusting to go through! When they made the playoffs 2 years ago, I was so proud of them! Then the season ended and my worse nightmare came true! Coach Bic got fired and McDuufus was hired!!!! Ugh 😩. I pray 🙏 that if Coach Pierce does well, he is allowed to continue his coaching career with the Raiders for years to come. Getting rid of Coach Bic was a huge mistake!!!

I keep telling folks the Raiders ain’t been right since that 48-21 beatdown at the hands of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Super Bowl XXXVII. I also am sure Jim Harbaugh is leaving Michigan for Las Vegas because of this scandal taking place. If Harbaugh stays after the season I’ll be shocked.

Anybody with a brain from the outside looking in KNEW Carr was never the problem. In fact he was the ONLY viable thing about the Raiders for most of his career.
As a Raider fan myself, I'm glad that Carr is gone. I'm also super happy that those two in the front office are finally gone.

Mike Holmgren and Andy Reid are both great examples of QB coaches who actually are good and worked hard at their offensive crafts

The browns and raiders I feel have had the most head coaching changes I think in the last ten years man. Mcdaniels was a terrible choice from day one everyone thats a New England fan knew mcdaniels was nothing with out Brady. (Just look at the last year with Tom and the first year with mac Jones)
12-4 Brady's last year to 10-7 in Mac Jones rookie year. Both teams ended in the first round of the playoffs. Not a good example

That fact has been proven beyond doubt now that it's clear these New England coaches can't win without him.

Here is the deal. There is something called the Peter Principle. It basically says, you can be promoted to the point of incompetence.
I'm not going to argue that McDaniels is a great OC, he hasn't had much success without Brady at QB. But i will say that being good at one level doesn't akways translate to be good at the next level, and sometimes, which is true in this case, you end up screwing up the things you were suposed to be good at, because you cant spend the time and energy on it the way you would if that was your primary responsibility.
Money isn’t the issue with the raiders , it’s coaching and player leadership.

Me right after the preseason telling Raider’s fans to not be so cocky about going undefeated on n the preseason. Don’t do it because McDaniels was going all out like it was a playoff games keeping starters in while other teams were testing out their backups. Showing his entire playbook. Going undefeated didn’t work last season and it wasn’t going to mean anything this year.

Jack Del Rio got the Raiders to the playoffs for the first time in 15 years and players loved him. Carr gets hurt and misses their playoff game and also about 5-6 games the next season, they go 8-8 and fire Jack. They HAD TO HAVE CHUCKY GRUDEN BACK 😂how’d that work out? He gets canned and Bisaccia steps in and gets them to the playoffs despite Ruggs committing a heinous act off the field and players LOVEDDDD playing for him.
