I'm wanting to go for assassin build, because I always liked the sneaky stealthy type. I was thinking ranger, fighter, and assassin. Fighter cuz I like to fight, can i do that with rapier plus Elf (for the bonus?)
You could certainly make a Ranger/Fighter/Assassin Dex build, however you would not be able to use Rapier as the Assassin is only able to use simple weapons, which do not include the Rapier. I would recommend building an assassin around a Rogue of some sort as their Sneak Attack work well with the stealth abilities of the Assassin. Without Sneak Attack your Assassin can get close to opponents but will not get any attack bonus when attacking from stealth.
Parry is trash. There are huge limitations to parry such as a max of three counter attacks per round. You can counter attack up the the number of attacks capped at 3. If you get attacked by a bunch of dudes you'll get wrecked and do little to no damage.

Lol I was thinking of playing this game again and then you gave me a heart. Maybe it's a sign! I do miss my critical scythe build.
