Are the first two supplements okay to take when trying to conceive? I have just had excision of stage 4 endo and I am now hoping to conceive. After a lap is a great time so fingers crossed. My anti inflammatory diet absolutely helps wonders, I didn’t realise there anti inflammatory supplements & supplements for the oestrogen dominance so this is very exciting but are they safe to use when trying to conceive?

Hi Marc, I haven’t been diagnosed of endometriosis yet but i have dysmenorrhea and I’ve been put on several nsaids and painkillers but to no avail. A gynaecologist just prescribed fertilovit F Endo capsules. Any idea how good it works?

Maca showed an increase in estrogen blood levels in menopausal women. Are there any studies done on women with endometriosis? If yes, could you reference them please? If not, I think this is dangerous advice, as heightened estrogen levels would be the last thing you want! The advice on Maca and endometriosis I've seen so far was, to stay clear if you have an estrogen dependent desease like breast and ovarian cancer or endometriosis....

Hi! I was told because of my age (45), losing my RT tube and Lt still being clogged due to endometriosis I will absolutely not be able to get pregnant ever. I will say I had 3 successful pregnancies, but was so young and would of loved to have another with my husband. I am at a place where I understand that I may not be able and we're in peace with that, but we do want to do all we're supposed to on our part before truly "giving up". This is my first ever hearing that it can be reversed so it gives me some hope...even if at ths end of it all im.not able to reproduce, we want my reproductive system to be healthy as possible. I live in East Tennessee and am wanting to do a all natrual approach; change eating habits and get off meds for Fibromyalgia, and Arthritis ( they're not working anyways). What are your thoughts on taking these supplements along with fertility meds when trying to conceive? I have read mixed reviews and my RE doesn't seem to have answers. I'm 37 with stage 2 endometriosis and currently undergoing IUI with Femara and trigger shots. I've had two surgeries and have been trying to conceive baby #1 for 2.5 years. I'm interested in natural supplements to help balance my hormones and ease symptoms. Yet, I realize I may need more help (such as IUI) to reach my goal asap. Do you think maca and royal jelly can interfere with fertility meds, for example? Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hi Marc! Quick question: Since Pycnogenol and XFLM have similar functions is it necessary to take both? Would the pycnogenol be sufficient as the antioxidant to take with the other supplements you mentioned?

My third round of IVF resulted in a miscarriage about 2 months ago. I was around 6 weeks. First two rounds were unsuccessful. I have stage 4 endometriosis, MTHFR, and PAI-1. I am vegan and 90% plant based. I do avoid soy. I have had two laparoscopic surgeries to remove endo in the past two years. I'm only 28 years old. Do you have a preference on which of these suggestions would be best? Should I be taking more than one? I am already on an amazing pre-natal that's plant based and has active folate. Thanks.
Well, you certainly have been through a lot for such a young woman. Stay with it. My preference of supplements to add is Neprinol as I think it would have the biggest benefit for you.

So my issue is that my period suddenly started to get very delayed since the last three months (it always used to be on time)and it gives me a lot of pain. i had to take progestin medicines to make it come. I have not been diagnosed yet but I think I have endometriosis, I’ve seen 4 different doctors and all they’ve done is prescribed pain killers, pills for nausea and oral contraceptives (none of which have helped). Should I wait until I have been diagnosed or can I start taking maca?

Thank you for sharing your knowledge and expertise with us. My daughter is 14 and has just been diagnosed with endometriosis. Our two main goals at this point is to help take away some of her pain and help her remain fertile. We are willing to try any of these supplements. I just need to know if a 14 year old takes them all or do you just recommend a couple? Does she take them all first thing in the morning? She was given birth control pills to take continuously without having a period. Does that have any effect on which supplements she should take. Thank you for taking the time to help a a very helpless mom and her little girl.

Hi Crystal, I would start slowly with 2 or 3 of them. You can add from there as needed but I do recommend seeking some guidance on this so that she managed properly through this. If you get her on a good plan I do believe she can reduce her pain and hopefully preserve her fertility. @crystal turner

Nice to know about such useful suppliments. I have recently diagnosed with an endometriotic ovarian cyst and doc.prescribed me DHEA-50mg twice a day. I haven't started that yet but have ordered. Is it going to help me to get rid of this chocolate cyst in a month or two? Because, I want to have babies, had one still birth before. I am 32 and my AMH is 0.1 which is not good for this age. Clareatha30 I was diagnosed in March of 2017 and had a lap done. My husband and I had a MC in 2011 and since then I have not became pregnant. I am 39 but please understand that ending your life is not worth it. You sometimes have be happy with what you have right in front of you. Remember God is always in control of our destiny and not ourselves. You may want a child but what does He say. Life is not complete with a child is incomplete without God. I was diagnosed with endometrioma in left ovary and blocked right tube late last year. I did research and have gone onto a peskitarian, gluten-free, soy free, dairy free diet. Taking supplements of vit c, elevit, vitex, magnesium, active tumeric elixer (fermented turmeric with acai, blueberry, ginger and black pepper) mixed in my blended fruit drink that has acai pineapple and spirlina included.
Am I overdoing the anti inflammatory sources?

(repost from different vid) Endo its a symptom of an underactive thyroid (which is often never confirmed by a TSH test - which is pretty much useless). Endo is caused by estrogen dominance because without adequate thyroid hormone you CAN NOT produce progesterone - the result is estrogen dominance. But nearly all the time doctors are looking in the wrong place. Its in your neck, not between your legs. Wife suffered for years (less when taking the pill (because the pill is basically progesterone, so it basically supplements your natural inability to produce it yourself)... Sorted out her thyroid issues and basically doesn't any more. Had 7cm endometrioma which experts said would never shrink... last measured at < 4cms. No more clutching a pillow for 2-3 days a month and all the other unpleasentaries. Too many videos talk about endo but dont actually address the real cause. (or claim there is no cure... which is BS, they just havent figured it out yet) .... Mirena coil mentioned in video releases.... you guessed it, synthetic progesterone. Google, Dr David Brownstein, Dr Jorge Flechas, the iodine project etc. Vit C works due to its clearing of sodium Iodine Symporters. Tumeric (actually curcumin) is fine, but why try and suppress the inflammation when you can stop it in the first place. Zinc and intestinal permiability are mentioned. This is because to generate stomach acid you require adequate zine , iodine and salt. If you have inadequate stomach acid you can not break down proteins into amino acids. If you eat bread, Gluten is not broken down and gets through the gut lining. Your immune system then (rightly) attacks the foreign proteins. The downside is that this often mistakenly attacks the thyroid too ... resulting in ... you guessed it. etc etc etc. Chlorine, Fluorine and Bromine also displace Iodine (they're all halogens) in the cells iodine receptor sites.... resulting in... you guessed it. Natural Progesterone is fine and it helps, but theres nothing like curing the problem itself.

Very detailed and knowledgeable. ~4 months ago I've started taking on board alongside everything else, NAC, serrapeptase, serraplus, iodine, selenium, gut foods (psyllium husk, foods and drinks that contain inulin) also progesterone cream. I have over the months felt much better than I did. Though I haven't gone for another scan yet but I will do so when I dont feel the inkling dull throbs when I sometimes eat the wrong foods.
I have had my thyroids checked and they were fine.
@@vanessachoi7064 if you had a TSH test its almost entirely useless at diagnosing Thyroid issues. (dont believe me, check out stopthethyroidmadness.com )
THey do it because its cheap and easy , but not very effective. Use the broda barnes method (thermometer in the armpit on days 2 and 3 of your period. If below 36.6 you're probably hypothyroid. Did you ever consider why your progesterone is low ? - because without thyroid hormone, you *can not* produce progesterone.

Dr berg (not that I’m a huge fan of his) but his video on endo says cure it with iodine. He doesn’t really explain why though.
How did your wife cure her underactive thyroid? I take it she took iodine, salt and zinc , vit c.. did she take any meds?

Be careful if you have low MPV like me. This is a blood thinner!
