Former Western Cape top cop seeks justice

Former Western Cape senior police officer Jeremy Vearey has won his Labour Court appeal against the SAPS. Vearey was dismissed in 2021 after being found guilty of misconduct relating to a series of social media posts that were deemed to be inciting violence. He challenged an arbitration by the Safety and Security Bargaining Council. He joins Mpho Sithole to discuss the matter.
