Rexells.....as many frustrating stories as fond memories. Still a pretty unique exhaust note when stock vs. the carb'd 650s. Looks like another busy fall/winter for you all that's for sure!
Thanks Todd. I’m in quarantine with Covid which sucks but at least I have some good triple content to watch. Once I’m better I’ll have a triple cheers beer for ya! 🍺
I rode a borrowed 97 XCR 700 aggressive chassis no studs. Was in 2005 when i was in high school weighing in at 80lbs. Boy was that rocket all over the trail😂. Ny friend i borrowed it from was 240lbs. He beat 2 rev 800's out of the box no problem. Ive never seen more disappointed ski doo fans.
Thank you for the tease. We parked the XCR 800 and Storm as we went back to riding the RXL's. The RXL's are a better fit for a couple of 70 yr olds trail riding in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Thinking about selling the 800's and we enjoy your videos. Keep up the good work!
We have an 98 storm all original with 2000 miles in very good condition. Also have 99, 2000, and 2001 XCR 800's all original in very good condition. Switched from ski-doo to Polaris back in the racing days with Polaris 650 Starfire driving for Larson Olson . The rest is history, love the triple fuji's.@@MrDylanbrody
Cool idea putting the XLT aesthetic on the gen2. Looking forward to that. Sound the alarm if your graphic person ever decides to sell kits. Been having a bear of a time finding new graphics for my Ultra. Might have a deal worked out with SledPrinter but i wont hold my breath until it happens. Ill send you a message this week sometime. Ive got a take-off seat cover from the Ultra that is very "unique" to say the least... You may even recognize it. But it needs to be restitched and im not going to use it so if youre interested ill ship it ypur way. Thanks again for the trash can you sent me last week. Cheers.
@@toddclyne3493 that's bad ass I just got rid of a 97 ultra spx model running had slp pipes for $250 this summer I wish I held on to her but didn't have that motor it was the purple single cylinder heads
Hey guys 🍻! She sounds great! Good to see you’re back into winter mode 👍 Hope that RXL stuff works out for you🤞🏻. It was in a box when I got it, pretty sure it’s off a 95???? Most of the injection stuff is in the box of goodies Cheers 🍻 Braaap Braaaap

I have a 92 rxl sks with reverse, come get it I can't sell it for more then 500$ so I'd rather see it go to enthusiasts

I know what you mean! Been on the fishing boat most of my free time past 3 months. How is Trenton healing up from his foot injury? @@toddclyne3493

Thanks man and let me know on the seat cover
Man that sounds amazingly! Those xcr 800s are bitchin machines.
Yes they are
Here is a good idea for ya Todd make some trash can decals have the decal looking like a stainless steel garbage can
I’m excited to follow this. First sled I ever bought was a 94 XLT. I have the hood hanging on wall in my garage next to the one you gave me.
Awesome!!!
Càn is awesome wish we could use in maine
I ship them there all the time 😂
Love the intro trash can on the xcr oh the goose bumps. Missed the seld content.
I'm back!! 😂
Knew it!! Lol. Cheers🍻🍻🤘
oh dang, pine needles on the ground already? Winter is on the doorstep...
The leaf's are next 😂😂
My pleasure Todd, I look forward to " 99 XLT " build! Just want to say how much I appreciate you and all that you do. I'm happy to help when I can .
Thank you so much
Grat video Todd! That trash can sounds really nice. Cool project sled too.
Thanks
I keep tripping over that box of RXL stuff. I'll get ahold of you.

I didn't know the older xcr came with the variable exhaust valves 😮
99 was the first year

A Gen 2 XLT would be really cool. Who are you going to have make the seat? I seen Scotty made a post that he's done making seat covers.
I have someone that will do it. Scottys closing is a big bummer
Where do you get your exhaust pipes? I have a '79 arctic cat pantera 500 double and i was trying to look at how much they are
Winter fever has started! Question...is $1500 for 95 XLT with 2500 miles a good deal? It's in fantastic condition too!!
Probably
Thanks. My triple love is growing. Have a 1990 indy 650 and a 1999 indy ultra spx. Thinking I should make it a three some! Lol
