Dignity & Toil

I found Dignity & Toil by Branch & Bone at Sprague Mart in Parma, Ohio. I picked this beer up because I thought I had never seen this brewery before and because it was a Vienna lager. However, I had tried some of this breweries beer before at the Columbus Winter Beerfest 2024. I paid $3.59 for the can. The beer poured out a nice copper color with a dirty tan head. The beer smelled malty and toasty bread, but not much else. It had a light body with some sweetness along with some toasty malt character. There was a very faint hint of bitterness that tempered the sweetness. This was a nice beer.
I am probably forgetting to put something here but no one ever reads this anyways!

Branch & Bone is one of the best breweries in Ohio. Best in Southern OH. Brewery is small and nothing sexy but they brew awesome NE IPAs and Stouts💥🔥🍻🤯A couple of years ago I had an imperial stout with pistachios and vanilla where you could actually taste the pistachios that was INSANE🍻Keep on Keeping on Yeti🦧🍻👊😂

It is unfortunate that this brewery is on the other side of the state from me. They do not get a lot of distribution up here in the Cleveland area and their beers just started popping up. I definitely need to try more of their beers!
