They are making it much more easier to demonstrate national importance for those with advanced STEM degrees, can be a master's or Ph.D. A colleague with a similar background applied without recommendation letters and got approved too.

I started with your guidance, Oscar, in January 23, the package took me a month to prepare, 3rd March I filed with USCIS, 8th June I got appoved, now 15th Oct and found myself stuck with NVC even to file my documents for consular processing. Right now, after investing nearly $3,000, I am starting to doubt the credibility of the process all in all 😢
congrats on your approval! you should have received the welcome letter by now, if not notify them. but yes, I understand the frustration as the backlog grows.

hay un período una vez tu número de prioridad está current, que es de un año para actuar sobre tu caso o se considerará abandonado

Amazing work you are doing, I am in the same situation and thank god I am on the right direction already what Umer have described. and your videos and docs helped me alot still in process , I was thinking to apply using Entrepreneur way but someone told me that my Advanced degree option is already satisfied and proving all prongs so I should go with Advanced degree and use Entrepreneur as supporting document like busines plan or something. what you suggest is that good idea ?

Hey Oscar! Thanks for this video. Me and my co founder are separately applying for Eb2 NIW. Can we have the exact same application as far as prong 1 is concerned? Since our endeavour is the same as we plan to take our company forward
Also prong 3 is also the same in our case. The only difference is in prong 2 and of course a few differences in the recommendation letters
I would not submit the exact same sections. I would rework it so each one has a different flavor even if the underlying content is very similar@@mindyoureducation884

Hi, it may give you problems since you have shown your intention to immigrate to the US.

I never ask about prong 3 because it is a culmination of 1 and 2

I have been in the USA for over 9 years, and I possess over 11 years of professional experience. I have already applied for an EB2 visa, and my priority date is May 19, 2019. I hold two master's degrees, one from India and another from the UK. I have not published any papers. Am I eligible for an EB2 visa?Herewith I attached my profile for your reference. Please advise.
I don't do profile evaluations. In terms of your studies, you qualify as advanced degree holder, but then you need to look at the Matter of Dhansar and build a winning case. Check eb2niw.info and my course if you want to do it yourself.

Is visa guranteed after approval of petition in EB2-NIW
There's nothing "guaranteed". Until the adjustment of status is approved, or the consular officer approves, nothing is guaranteed. But, the I-140 step is the hardest and usually if the petitioner has been truthful throughout the process, it should not be a problem

Dear Oscar other Respected Has any one had prior experience receiving mail from USCI regarding EB2 NIW petition approval notice in pakistan? My petition I140 Approval notice I-797mailed on February 6th,2024 on my Pakistan mailing address in Rawalpindi. However I have not yet received it. Can anyone share their experience how to track my mail? @Oscar what I can do as I will request for copy but again they will mail on same address mentioned. Please guide. Thank you.
If you know someone in the USA, request it there
in my case, lawyers didnt submit any recommendation letter
It's not mandatory, but often helps with the case
