If you don't know ask somebody this is the best airport in the Caribbean.
The idea of the best Airport is an opinion, and not necessarily actual facts, if you're taking about heavy usage, then maybe yes, but as it relates to appearance it's nothing special when compared to T&T, Barbados, AND WE MIGHT ADD Puerto Rica and D. Republic, I'm Jamaican so nobada call me hater, just stating facts.

Montego Bay way much better than Kingston... always use Montego Bay gear more for tourism, always win the best airport in the English speaking Caribbean

Seems there are a lot of improvements since I visited there a year ago, I noticed last year when I was there a lot of under construction signs were up, the airport looks really nice, they need to refurbish the arrivals section it’s really outdated
safe travels rush but I think when you traveling out of the country you should do several videos and when you are abroad post them as if you are here still just to keep your viewers entertained on what's going on in Jamaica..just a thought.

It seems like everywhere you go in Jamaica Bob Marley image is all over the place. I was wondering, is there any buildings or street named after this hero.
Bob Marley is a name brand that lives on beyond death.
Sangster have a better duty free and place to eat.

me being jamaican av pass through those 2 airports in jamaica lots of times they both r nice and clean once u enter the inside of both airports its a different world u r in u feel special to just walk around and look at wat they offer such as gift i luv them the same they both beautiful

Departure in Kingston is very nice! However Arrival there needs to be renovated but the employees ther are very professional, quick and nice. I know some people have had challenges with customs but I have only had great experiences.
Montego Bay airport needs expansion because it is way too small but is is conveniently close to town (including most hotels).

I don't know if Kingston airport is bigger. However, Mobay is a lot more crowded because most tourist fly into that airport so it has more planes flying in per day.
@@kuyahkudey3217 Mobay's airport far bigger than Kingston's...and you're correct..the government needs to invest in an expanded terminal or an additional terminal next to the new control tower then build a proper four lane highway to Negril (before contemplating building another airport at Negril).

They are completing a highway to Negril from Mobay and they plan on continuing the highway from Mandeville to Negril through St Elizabeth and to Mobay from the south coast.
We hope the highway through St Elizabeth will be completed in the next 3 years.

My experience at arrival was horrible, no one had the custom form so we were on each other scrambling for these forms. the overwhelming smell of urine in the cambie are was something else

B ack in march 2023 it took 90 mins to clear airport coming in and 3 hours leaving to return to the USA.

Give it 7 out of 10. They need to improve the arrival area. The baggage area needs modern equipment. The, customs area needs an overhaul gets to congested when multiple planes arrive at the same time. I especially dislike the area you wait to be pick up. Doesn't give a good impression when you first land on the island.
100% agree with everything you said Norma. Department and duty free shopping is extremely nice but everything else...sigh....👍💯🇯🇲
The entire arrival area will be renovated check out the montego development plans its going to be amazing at the departure and arrival area

Why doesn't Sangster Airport have a multi storey parking garage? That kind of sluggish attention to operational issues like parking is the result of distance planning from spatially insensitive Kingston based planning/decision making...with untimeliness equating with higher operations costs...
