7, 6, and 8 are the most likely number totals to be rolled on two dice. Orange properties are exactly 6, 7, and 8 spaces away from jail, making them excellent traps.
And Illinois Avenue, a red, is THE most frequently landed on card in the entire game.
I don't know what the exact chances are, but they've done studies on it.
I feel like the speed dice throws a wrench in this. We've seen Wade put 4 houses on his monopoly of reds and it didn't get landed on once for almost an hour.

Statistically, owning both Boardwalk and Park Place gives you a +50% odds to winning.
Statistically, owning the boardwalk and parkplace gives the highest chance of winning. There's a youtube video which did 100k trials for each samples of which is the best color.
If you will rank them, the dark blues are the top then railroads then the orange ones

I had family over at my house during a blackout, so we decided to play Monopoly.

I love how the stakes in this game got so high that Jail become the safest space.
It literally became a battlefield littered with land mines 😂😂😂
That's how a lot of Monopoly games tend to go. When a majority of the board is owned and houses/hotels start getting put down, Jail is the safe place because you don't risk losing all your money due to landing on the other players' properties, but you can still collect rent from them landing on yours.
Pros use the same strategy, though idk if you could call it a strategy when it’s chance

The “little man” basically moves you to the nearest unowned property after your roll. If everything is owned then he moves you to the nearest property you don’t own meaning you will always land on another player’s property. Doubles also negate the skill

@@hermandegreat4168 Basically, bob rolled a 6 which would have put him on park place, however, because he rolled a monopoly man, it moved him to the next property that he doesn't own, Bob owned the brown color set and all the trains, so he skipped both of those and moved directly to Markiplier's light blue set.

honestly his only chance of a comeback. You can't fight the other players with 3 railroads and utility properties.
Good or not, it made the episode _extremely_ interesting. The whole board changed _immediately_ and everyone’s standings changed with it. I was on the edge of my seat for the rest of the episode until his luck utterly shit on him.

With 4 railroads in an early gamestate when there are no or very few houses, true.
But with 3 and when more than half the board is already littered with houses, very unlikely.
