- On this episode of Jrod's adventures in OKC, we take a super sleeper truck and go hunting for races! This truck is truly a wolf in sheeps skin because while it doesn't look like much, under the hood its got a Dart 427 with a pair of 88mm turbos. Sit back and enjoy the ride!

That's a bad-ass truck! Nothing like a big block "there's no replacement for displacement".....but hardly a sleeper....it sure would give my Busa a run for it's money...... until we got up over 180....that truck might get little squirrely ...Very Cool!!

My dad had a 68 step-side Chevy that we were working on and Someone stole it and a few other trucks n cars out of my dads garage and I gave up on spending money on cars ever since that happened. I just watch now and drive beaters. That happened in 2008. Still love the ole c-10s

Shows you how fast bikes really are and out roll race one is still very impressive

My dad had a 67 Chevrolet like that, it was green with white planks in the stake pockets of the bed. An old farm truck that lasted 20 years.

That “sleeper” is a little loud to sneak up on anybody. You’d have to be new to the race scene.
Beat up old truck with a rusted out exhaust and a driver that thinks they are fast is pretty common in Oklahoma. Tires and cage poking out the back are a dead giveaway though.
It's a old truck with loud exhaust, it can be mistaken for leaky exhaust
system, that's sounds sleeper enough by my book.
With the 1000hp truck that runs great it's for sure a sleeper.

That bike was slow, top end on that should be around 180 mph. It seemed like the whole thing was staged.
@@roycemccarthy5771 yes man it's a stock 2005 gsxr it's a 15 year old NA bike verses a big ass twin turbo car.. doesnt matter what the car looks like these new twin turbo cars people are making have RIDICULOUS top ends (and yes ik people have been doing this for decades) but not like what it is now.. now everyone's fucking car is tt boosted making like 700+whp. STILL because bikes are so light and chain driven well always get the hit.. but you can't expect an outdated bike like that to keep up. The were made to do 185 nowadays theres bikes thatll do 200 stock no problem and even those will get shit on by twin turbo cars on the top end. This used tonpiss me off because I ride and build bikes but facts are facts. Overall bikes are still faster because you can simply boost the bike.. and theres nothing like a 1000cc modern sportbike WITH a proper pilot.. from a roll on NO non TT car can touch a bike
@@roycemccarthy5771 I will say at the very very fastest level of street vehicles.. cars have us beat right now but it's all about traction.. if they hook up they win. (Talking about the 1800+ whp cars)
@@roycemccarthy5771 but then theres guys be BOOSTEDH2, that have a bike capable of beating 2000whp cars. Problem is nowadays they can make them push nearly 3000 and still be reliable. You'll just never run into one because it's such a rarity
The gear shifter connected to a couple pistons that's pretty cool. The whole truck is badass but I noticed that little detail and thought it was cool.
The fact that he has ACTUAL SANDBAGS IN THE BACK OF THE TRUCK SAYS VOLUMES!
2005 GSX-R1000 with a pipe makes around 150-155 hp at the wheel, and weighs 440 pounds stock (longer swingarm would be heavier). By today's superbike standards, it's slow. K5 is definitely a cool engine, but slow by today's standards.

Def 05. Suzuki changed that headlight style after 06 plus he even said it was a 05. Looks like he has extensions instead of the actual extended arm but that was just at quick glance.
