What a God send. I thought I made a mistake picking this one up. I went to Guitar center yesterday, and had picking up the Zoom B6 in mind. They were out of stock, and the sales person encouraged me to get the Headrush. He said it was better than the B6. I couldn't find any videos on CZcams that showed playing Bass with the Headrush, until I saw this. I've been playing Bass for a few Months now, and this headrush is loaded with possibilities. Not to mention the 20 minute Looper. It's just Awesome. Thanks for the video guys.

I have a ZOOM B3 and am looking for the next effects processor (mostly compression and limiter) amp simulation, and a quality DI. I have been eyeballing the ZOOM B6 but am not sure (despite the fact that it's a 100% bass pedal board). I was thinking about using the unit for playing on a large stage in church. This unit is actually $100 cheaper. Is it better in sound quality? Good DI for front of house? Enough bass guitar applications? I like how it looks better than the B6 (doesn't look cheap). Thanks.

@@thefool2007 In my opinion, Prime is the best pedal I've ever used, when it comes to sound quality. And when it comes to Amp cloning, my Goodness, It's better than I expected. Now this doesn't has as much as the Zoom B6, when it comes to Bass effects, but this thing has everything else. It depends on the person. Knowing this also has the Antares Auto Tune, this was a no Brainer.

One thing I tried for my bass on this thing. Setup a dual amp chain, first amp was the SVT clone set to nice creamy clean and no grit. The other was the Marshall 100 amp, most of the lows removed and dialed the grit to taste. Initially the Marshall tone was too loud, dialed back the Marshall rig til it was no longer dominating.

Greetings. I just, today, bought the Pedalboard vs the MX5 because there is no computer app (yet), and I didn't want my primary interface to be a 4" screen. Hope to see more content from you all and Best Regards! BTW, a Headrush rep said in a YT response that Song view was coming to other Headrush products....just no mention of when...

Does Boss have the same kind of sounds as the Headrush? Let's say the Boss GX-100.

I like the interface of Headrush’s multi-effects products, but I still prefer the sound of Boss’s. I just wish Boss would copy Headrush’s ease of use.

I totally don't get the love affair with distorted bass that effects makers have. Talk about "when all you have is a hammer...."

No bass rig? no dig in different bass tones? turn the volume knob to max just to get saturate sound? just adding some pedals? oh my.... I think this was ur oportunity to get in deep into bass side of headrush stuff and u waste it =(. There is almost no one in all YT sharing bass-headrush videos and that is sad.

Right?!? I need to see some real videos of these new digital boards. At this point , I’ll stick with my battalion pedal and other stomp boxes.

Not bad for a drummer! You didn’t buy that from Pete did ya? If not, don’t let him borrow it 😂

well that bass tone was pretty shit TBH. I've heard better on cheap 90s zoom units.
why not look at something like a John Entwistle live at leeds hiwatt tone, or geddys driven SVT? or even Geezer or Cliff?
rather than typical 80s bland, inoffensive lounge bass with a usless reverb/doubler?

Are you kidding? I went with this over the Zoom B6. I don't think the Bass on this unit is all that Bad. This thing has limitless possibilities, if your creative.
