Any idea what caused this problem? I have the same issue. The roof was working fine, but when I left my car at the dealer for routine maintenance, they said the roof wasn't working.
How do you fix this? I have the same exact issue in my 2017 Mercedes Benz C300 panoramic sunroof won’t fully close, it rejects it back up and stays vented down but open
How did you remove the glass with the one side stuck down. Currently have my headliner pulled in my c class w205 driver side stuck down, can’t figure out from inside how to take the glass out
My 2016 GLC 300 has the same exact problem. One side raises and the other does not, so it just shuts automatically. This seems to be a widespread problem. Any suggestions on my next steps? Trying to avoid bringing the car into the dealership to be gauged for their design flaw…
If anyone is having this issue with their cars let me know as I had the same issue and I fixed it without replacing anything and it cost me nothing but 15minutes of my time. Mine was on an audi q5 but the mechanisms are all the same
