Hey buddy I’m loving watching your videos I’m hoping to get a ski and start doing similar fishing out of pompano beach. Quick pointer for ya from a mate of more than 15yrs keep your rod lower and less fast jerky motions. You increase the chances of the hook working its way out or the fish dropping its head for another run when fast jerky pumps of the rod especially with a jigging rod. Also when you gaff a fish dont wack/slash at the fish it knocks the fish off just do one smooth motion through the fish into the box/ski.

Had a feeling the big one was going to get away. You couldn't get too aggressive how the rod was bending. You held it quite a while though. You'll get 'em next time. Great video.
