Our spanish its a bit different. Maybe, you have heard "fogo" in some dialect from Spain, maybe near Portugal??. We simply say: "tenés fuego?" .
Paella is good, we eat that too , at least is very comun between spaniards descendants. We eat many things from arround the world. Italian, Spanish, German, Chinese,Japanese etc. ( and the ones from the countrys around (Paraguay,Bolivia,Perú). Our "national" food are red meat (asado/bbq- empanadas -kind of salty pastry with many fills meat,corn,veggies,chicken,etc.- pizza this one is different (and better(?) ) than the italian version I think,at least in my opinion- )and some others I don't like to eat, but that are popular between tourists. Desserts..are many... You will enjoy our food I promise.

And I will also need to stress something, things like this, people like you, have been helping me in a process of getting out of a depression. It has also made me value, respect, and start loving our shit even more, and even get to know things I haven't even seen, heard or liked that much before...like...EL INDIO!!!! I have previously thought it wasn't my type of shit, my thing. I would say, same as many people particularly NOT argentinian, like many spanish reactors on youtube (with a certain pinch of embarrasment & some guilt for having it right on my face, and never really appreciated nor valued it as appropriate, biased by my own issues in past decades, due mainly to own personal & financial issues, prejudice and resentment toward my own country, as bad as that may sound. Which had basically to do with the constant financial crisis and stresses this country and its people have been enduring ever since I can remember, and hence have forced me to move abroad earlier in life in search for better opportunities, but now I've been home for the last 12 yrs, with ups and downs but doing pretty well as of recent. No need to leave my country again for no reason, other than perhaps travelling on vacation. But no, I am going to start travelling inside my country to get to know it even better. Life is about change, and we all can, if open-minded enough, thank God) : HOW in F....'s name have I been missin' this? Now.....THANKS TO YOU my friend (I can't even believe I am saying this) Indio Solari has another inconditional FAN. Absolutely MENTAL shit
