As someone who lives in Lancaster, PA, AND mentions "If it weren't for my horse I wouldn't have spent that year in college" as a conversation ender this compilation has everything.

They don't take care of the horses around here lewis. They don't feed them.
It was probably a college that had equestrian courses, or rodeo sports programs… Texas, Oklahoma, etc… She may have gotten into college as a horse based athlete.
Plenty of Eastern colleges have equestrian programs, too. UNH, for one.
2 parts to my comments:
1)She could've bet on the winning horse & got enough money for college. Or, possibly, sold a horse or collected stud fees. Several possible explanations.
2) When i was a Massage Therapist, i would keep small hand towels and a bottle of rubbing alcohol to get the debris off the feet of my clients at the start of the massage, thus eliminating the smells.
I always wanted to know the story behind the horse and college joke.

Well, it may seem ludicrous to 21st century people but the horse has long been a source of erotic envy for most of human history. Certainly horses are more beautiful than humans. But that's not saying much as humans are among the least attractive of animals. Stallions are better equipped than men hence the Greek mythic, wish fulfilling creature, the Centaur. And if you're into backsides, horses have, by far, the most impressive ones.
Get to the point.......
Horse shit is just grass and water. Now put that in your pipe and smoke it.
