Yea he left a few parts out. This will get you there. Putting the grill back together after you cut it was a pain. Those 4 bolts have placid nuts and are almost impossible to get back in.

Before he start I can see a light bar behind the grill, I have that too BUT at the end I don't see the light bar, can I keep the grill light bar with this Cobb intercooler?

Do u all have a video of the cobb acc relocation bracket for 17 and 18 raptors when a cobb fmic and aftermarket bumper are installed. Cobb directions are hideous!

I had this done with a tunner and 2 months later my turbos failed on a 2020 raptor with 46k miles. Just wondering if you knew that an incooler could do this or or what could have done this. I have a cobb tunner too.

Intercooler wouldn’t do that if anything intercooler would prolong the life of your turbos because it keeps intake air temps down. It was your off the shelf tune from your Cobb that did it.

You can remove and install from the bottom. No need to rip the front grill off.

Ed you need to take the grill off to remove the shutter system

Did you watch the video? You have to remove the shutters and trim the support structure away.
