You have your own sauna😮😮😮😮😮😮 envyyyyyy!!!!!!!😢😢😢 I want one...well, I would need to get a house first. So..no chance. But you have a good way to calm down after that shift and I so get the "what have I forgotten at work" part. I always say: tomorrow is a day too
Night shifts are the hardest sometimes. I’m not a nurse but I do work nights at Amazon and I gotta say that sometimes just getting to sleep at all during the day is a struggle. Something to do with the disruption of the circadian rhythm. But then I’ll have no problem sleeping the next day just because of the complete exhaustion from not sleeping the day before.
You wear a hello kitty watch while working a very tiring and serious job. I find that very wholesome :)
I think we all lay there and think about all the stuff we didn't do! I have to give you kudos, I would stop and get food and not eat my lunch! 🤣🤣🤣 Love your videos, thank you for all you do!

Yes, I don't think there's a nurse/cna or medical staff that hasn't gone at least once without a break and / or food for a whole 13 hours, it happens. Even in Hospice with one patient it happened to me! Love your routine!

You should never skip lunch during a shift, your brain needs a break, otherwise it doesnt operate effectively, even if its only for 15 minutes, you need a break.
She works hard for her sauna and her husband is a doctor! I just want her to know that some “Doctor “ is trying to use her baby’s head shape to start a channel of his own!!!!!
OMG!!! No break or lunch for 12 hours!! That's insane ridiculous and that's no even legal. Legally they have to give you a 30 minute break if you're working 6 hours or more
