Nice 👍🏻 yeah you can always make a 180°-ish 3/8 hardline with -6an compression fittings between the two fuel rails and throw an ethanol sensor down on the return, and you got options if u wanna do sensors for pressure/temp anywhere along there. That hanger didn’t seem too bad to work with, they can be a pain on a lot of cars. I got a DW pump and that 110 filter, works perfect. Great work! 😎

I don't blame you not wanting to use that beat down chassis & the too clean chassis.
This one is the Goldilocks zone.
Sailor 7 = yard art. Lean it against that tree and when the next chassis gets run through, line it up there, haha!

You will for sure want to flare that fuel pipe. Just had a car with the same type of thing that would bleed fuel pressure under load from it squeezing past the hose clamp. If you have some funky fueling going on while tuning it, check that first!

Hey you might want to get the short DW400 or find a way to flare that pipe on the fuel hanger. I did the same thing you did on my 240sx and it was shooting fuel past the pipe and causing a fuel leak at the top hat. It eventually fell off so I flared it. I even have a couple videos on my channel talking about it

love the build. i feel like using one non-PTFE line POST fuel filter completely negates the benefits of using PTFE anywhere. at least if it was before fuel filter you would have the protection of the filter. Keep up the awesome work!

Nice work and the car is looking good. I would put a plate in front of that fuel pressure guage. They sometimes leak from heat and a fuel leak will cause an engine fire. Brap on

I have found when fitting the olives to the end of ptfeine instead of using your thumb and pricking it on the braid use the edge of the bench to push on the face of the fitting. Then you don't end up with 100 tiny holes in your fingers
The correct tool for creating the internal flares on pipes like that is called a croxing tool. It has a ratchet and will fit in much tighter spaces than a flaring tool. 😀

Dude, nice work.. but feed the top rail first (secondary rail), then go to your primary.. it will look much cleaner.. plus you want all the fuel to be priority on the second rail as it requires the most fuel to feed those 2200cc injectors.. Primary only used for under 4500rpm... 🤙
How can you drift an FC without a fuel surge tank ? Mine surges when only 4 gallons down from full on left hand turns
If only all mechanics could be like this
On the power steering, make sure the pump is as close as possible to rack with as short of lines as possible. Have seen sooo many unhappy trying to put it in the trunk or doing loops in the bay. Pressure drops over distance and small reservoirs don't cope with surges well
