    Dude crack the garage bro please! As a former medic I could tell it was getting to you. I know you have a big garage but it dont take much especially if water heater and/or heater furnace is going as well. Once you cross threshold and pass out there's no recovery!

    I have a dsp like yours but it’s sold under a different brand in Brazil. You are aware that this is a Chinese product sold worldwide, not complaining about it though, it definitely suits its needs. I would buy one with Bluetooth now. Mine doesnt have it. Unfortunately I am no longer in California and Amazon sucks in Brazil. You should have 12” instead of 10”. They take up more space but their bass tends to be better and stronger and you would need less speakers to accomplish the same goal. I wonder if you have any mega capacitors hooked on your power line. I liked the amplifiers. I was reading that there are amplifiers specially designed for certain range of frequencies - like they answer better for bass , mid and high. ( without setting up the crossover on them ). I’m an electrical engineer and my graduation project was design a class H amplifier. I still remember it. Designing and building an amplifier from scratch gives you a whole different perspective of audio systems. Great car and audio system. Congrats

  • @champion31337
    @champion31337 Před 3 měsíci

    You never mentioned the one problem this DSP has. Its the reason im scrapping mine and going with ds18 dsp. The inputs on this prv maximize (aka light up and make a clipped signal) before 2.5 volt on the rca. Only way to avoid this is literally going to the head unit and decrease your gain on your output by 6db (on my alipine) or more in order to turn off the input light. This defies the point of having a HU with strong rca preout voltage.

    Can u tell me, how u are ensuring the frequency, signal from dsp, to amp, out of amp to speakers, is actually that freq, signal, my amps don't have pass thru, they have settings and standards turn dial, frequency. How to not have amp, distort, import settings from dsp ??

    • @nickhaley1212
      @nickhaley1212 Před 2 lety

      @nickhaley1212 Před 2 lety +3

      Turn the settings on the amp off or on full range and the rest of the settings make sure there off or set higher or lower on the amp than on the dsp so the amp does not interfere with the dsp settings like if your crossover is set from 20hz-100hz on your dsp make sure it is set to 10-130 on the amp, this is just a reference by the way to give you an idea on what I'm trying to say lol.
