Al Faham Chicken is Arabian grilled chicken is a popular middle eastern dish prepared with chicken marinated in Arabian spices called Bezar and barbequed in a charcoal grill or in the oven.
Alfaham Chicken Ingredients -
To Marinate Chicken
1 Kg Chicken
Black Pepper powder
4 tbsp Curd
3 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
Salt
Lemon Juice
To Make 2nd Marination
1/2 small cup Cumin Seeds
2 Cinnamon Sticks
6 Green Cardamoms
1 Tbsp Coriander Seeds
1 tbsp Fennel Seeds
1 tsp Cloves
5 Dried Red Chillies
Coriander Leaves
2 Onions (chopped)
2 Tomatoes (chopped)
To Garnish
Tomatoes (roasted)
Green Chillies (roasted)
Lemon (slices)
Spring Greens

Hi Varun. You missed to give a charcoal final touch. Al fham means charcoal in arabic. So this chicken should taste like a charcoal gril.you can fire a small charcoal and keep it inside closed for 5 mins at the end.🤝
He himself had taught that technique in his tandoori chicken on stove recipe

Not just Charcoal. You need to drop a few drops of ghee on the red hot charcoal embers. That will give it that oh so smoky flavour.
