Well the topology is definitely a mess here, but I remeshed this with a purposely janky remesh and now it looks like a pretty damn cool damaged building facade.

Ok so if anyone is wondering, here is how to add that anime line thingy:
First add two materials
name the second one outline, then turn it into emission and turn it black and turn back face qulling on
Then add modifier solidify and set material offset to one (or whatever the outline material no. Is (remember that blender starts counting from zero))
And in normals turn flip and high quality on
Change the thickness and you are done

How do you selecting all side corners?

After you go to edit mode with the tab button, press 2 on your keyboard to select the lines. (1 is for vertices. 2 is for the lines. 3 is for the faces.) then with alt+LMB select a row. After that, with Alt+Shift+LMB you can add rows to your selection.
You can also click control+Alt. That will select all the edges you want to select

nice work .I'm thinking to change my workflow from sketchup to blender but blender doesn't have any measurements/units ? How do you cope up with it for creating to scaled architecture models

thanks! Bender can't give you the precision that CAD software gives you , personally I use Rhino for my complex projects and then use Blender to render

you can enable measurements in edit mode on objects but you need to manually move edges or verts, otherwise using scale will mess with the precision. I've tried using it as CAD software for 3D Printing, it works but can be a pain
