First defense motion to dismiss: because its devastating to their case. Pumps fist.
Judge’s response to second motion to dismiss: defense made this happen. Just smiles, and leans back in chair. Helluva judge. Great report.

Stormy Daniels handed that lawyer's own head back to her.
You are not even supposed to lose rhythm on cross examination, but Stormy stopped her in her tracks multiple times and got in several solid zingers of her own.

It's unfortunate that the feminist filter has to color her testimony. The only acceptable answer is Stormy was strong and brave. Anything else is dismissed as insensitive. You might as well skip any characterization of the cross examination because it's not going to be objective. The Times went through every word of this, and that's the problem with it. You can't have a candid conversation on the subject.

He is a former President and a cult leader, not a king.
