- Mein erstes Video mit einem Titel von Paradox, nämlich Victoria 2. Gezeigt ist ein Zeitraffer (Timelapse) des Spieles aus Sicht eines Beobachters. Ich habe sie mit der HFM Mod (Historical Flavour Mod) aufgenommen, und sie geht vom Beginn des Spiels 1836 bis zum Ende 1936.

6:41 - Russian Empire collapses in one fell swoop, and the Spanish now hold dominion over central asia of all places.

7:10 - Poland annexes Galicia
7:13 - Communist revolution succeeds in Italy
7:51 - Italian counter-revolutionaries oust communists.
8:05 - France invades Britanny, starting a war with Spain.
8:09 - France is victorious over Spain, recovering much of their lost territory
8:24 - Invasion of Bulgaria
8:28 - Bulgaria puts up more of a fight than expected.
8:46 - Bulgarian front in Yugoslavia collapses, all armies are routed.
8:51 - War ends, status quo peace.
9:11 - 1936, game ends.
*HOW THE WORLD HAS CHANGED*
- Austrian Empire is no more.
- Germany is unified, and is a leading world power.
- Italy is unified.
- France is now communist.
- Bulgaria and Greece are independent.
- Serbia is now independent, as yugoslavia.
- Poland, Ukraine and Belarus are all independent states.
- Romania is unified
- Albania is independent
- For some reason, spain is a major force in central asia.
That's literally my favourite comment in this entire section. Most were about Japanese Africa, which is fine, but this one is just top of the list.

Victoria 2 is the only Paradox game where at the end you end up with more countries than at the start, it happens to me every game :D
That's right. But only at the very end, once Russia or some other empire collapses and has to release like twenty nations.

lichtenstein is between switzerland and austria, german is the official language.
Austria just slowly falling apart due to around 14 years of anarchy and rebellion was amazing.

Next time you should show the rest of the world (even if just at the end), the final great powers, and side-by-side comparisons of the start and end of the game map

Basically this is what would've happened if Spain joined WW1 as a central power and caused Germany to win. Kaiserreich.
+Little of any border Gore, ended up quite neat, and looks like an interesting world to live in, reminds me of kaiserriech
-No background music, unprofessional recording by allowing the camera to move, and slow paced time lapse.
Overall, positives outweigh negatives. Thumbs up.

I try to let the camera stay in one place, but it's not quite easy, especially when events pop up, you want to click them away and it just moves like you didn't even mean to. It's not slow paced exactly, I tried to make it like ca. 10 minutes. But thanks for your feedback.

Good looking there, I didn't even notice it myself. Liechtenstein is just the nation I used to observe since they don't get many events, so I didn't pay attention to it.

I've changed it to a Europe 1914 map since. In the original image I debated whether I should, but really Eupen and North Schleswig are there. The annexed Polish and Russian party I didn't include since there are no longer any German speaekers there. Well, doesn't matter now.

I think you're talking about Galicia, the region in modern day Poland / Ukraine that was part of Austria-Hungary, not the region in Spain.

After Russia lost the war, the countries in Central Asia (Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan) got released for like a brief second and then got combined into Turkestan, because they were all in Spain's sphere of influence. So it's the Spanish Near East, a Spanish puppet.

Der war gut :-) Ich verhalte mich hier wie ein klassisches Exemplar der Spezies "Liechtenstein". Welteroberungen in Victoria 2 sind sowieso eigentlich unmöglich. Und nur durch die HFM Mod ist Liechtenstein überhaupt dabei. Ist halt ne gute Beobachter-Nation, da nichts passiert.

Wait, which mod do you use to get to 1936 ?
Well, I use HFM, but this mod only changes gameplay (like adding new nations and events), it doesn't change the timeframe the game is located in. Unmodded Victoria 2 also goes from 1836 to 1936.
