I haven't watched an "official" course preview all year because they're never as fun, insightful or just generally enjoyable to watch as Cathro and the team.

Pinkbike has really come a long way. I remember creating an account after seeing the sponsor logo on the drop in tv show almost 20 years ago, now they have their own DH race team. Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine mountain biking becoming so popular.
I'm so excited that you guys FINALLY have to ride a freshly cut deep black shit butter section at Snowshoe. Years back, the fresh cut was in that flat area and we had to run our bikes if you got off line in the slightest, the peanut butter loam was so thick and deep!🤣🤣🤣
The course previews of you guys are reminding me a lot of the course previews from Claudio Caluori. Especially those where he rode with Brendan Fairclough.
When Ben overtook Jackson I expected a „now lets see who is racing this weekend, if I‘m faster than the main riders“ but, well, Ben is racing no matter who is the fastest on the team

Yes. Yes it is. Go back and look at the podium times for the last few races. Tight racing on a track that offers a little everything. Also plenty of pit space, lodging, etc. Go pros really don’t show well on this track.
@@bigb7157 seriously, this area doesn't get enough attention! If it is dry, it's super rooty and rocky. Rainy after a 2 month drought, the soil is a super slick clay.
