Thank you the exercise to try to observe the space around you is very helpful!
That sounds very helpful. And simple. I don't think even I'm too lazy, :D or will constantly procrastinate, not to do that. Probably not every 20 minutes at 1st (I know me :), but at least once or twice an hour. And I'll improve.
Even *I should be able to do that. I've already started. (YAY! :)
Rather relaxing. With the breathing, very relaxing. And not just staring and daydreaming (Which I always do, this making my eyes even worse!!!). I'm actually looking and doing my best to make my eyes focus. I actually think this is going to help!
In a couple of weeks, I'll add a series of 20' for 20 seconds, 10' for 10 seconds...
I'm commenting all this not to only motivate myself, but hopefully others, too. Maybe even form a small group and check in on certain days/dates to see who did what they were supposed to. And who needs a spanking! :D
I'll try to remember to come back in a week or so... 👀
I find the music relaxing...thanks for the tip.
I had a lot of video games. I weeded the majority of them from my phone. I felt exhausted and didn't do much. Eye strain is a thing.
Thanks for the video. I’ve been learning about myopia a lot to try to help my daughter how has -4.25 glasses. My question is if you should look outside for 20 seconds, should you take off your glasses when doing this exercise to relax the eye? I haven’t come across a video that tell if you should keep the glasses in for off? I would like to do this 20/20/20 rule correctly. Please clarify would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you. What would you suggest for deteriorating retina?
The music really ruins the video. No need for it at the background. Besides that thanks for the tip…
